One that put people in jail for registering non-citizens, including the county clerks who do not vet them, Jail time in voter roll are not transparent. Jail time if they use an amended voter roll on election day. It is all fine to clean it and then worthless if they can just restore a bogus, dirty roll over the top of the clean one the morning of the election. roll to use on the day of election. You sue a non-cleaned roll and you go to jail for 5 to 10. We need a system where it is impossible to register a voter without the uploaded proof of citizenship anywhere in the USA.
We further need a system that ties national voting to SS # so that we can ensure that no one votes more than once. We need to mandate in person voting, physical ballots and hand counted verification of the physical ballots in elections. We should also be tying this voter roll into making sure no one dead or who in otherwise ineligible to vote is voting. We need 5 to 10 years for anyone who counts late ballots.
