Attorney Mike Davis on the War Room shares that the deal between Biden’s corrupt DOJ and Hunter Biden was a sham. It was a wink-wink plea agreement.
They didn’t want to put down on paper that there was a broad waiver of all potential crimes in this plea agreement because that would cause way too much political blowback for the Biden Justice Department. It would also mean that the Biden Justice Department couldn’t say that there was an ongoing investigation to try and rebuff Congress.
This is what blew up the whole deal. The blew up the entire deal that gave Hunter Biden from ever being prosecuted again. The DOJ had in the agreement that they could prevent any information being provided to Congress because they could claim there was an ongoing investigation going on when there would not be.
The judge picked at it and blew up the whole damn thing.
