The Iranian Islamic regime is cracking down hard on innocent protesters who are done living under the radical regime.

The situation is Iran is still red hot.  Reuters reports that Iran’s leadership is increasingly worried a U.S. strike could break its grip on power by driving an already enraged public back onto the streets, following a bloody crackdown on anti-government protests.

In high-level meetings, officials told Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei that public anger over last month’s crackdown — the bloodiest since the 1979 Islamic Revolution– has reached a point where fear is no longer a deterrent, four current officials briefed on the discussions said.

Videos coming out of Iran are horrific as the regime continues to crack down on the protests around the country.

The murderous regime in Iran has brought all of its forces to the streets to terrorize the people and make them stay inside.

The regime is using all vehicles possible to punish those protesting the violent terrorist Islamic regime in power.

Video footage obtained by Iran International from the events of 18 and 19 Dey shows that in Yaghiyeh Square in Ardabil, an armored vehicle belonging to the Islamic Republic’s suppression forces deliberately ran over protesters, which, according to reports, resulted in the killing of at least one woman and the injury of three others.

  1. Our president said he was going to send help like two months ago. Maybe he’s just waiting for a certain number of people to be murdered before he decides to step in. Strongly worded letters and words of encouragement just don’t get things done

    • 1. Easy to criticize when you have no idea what the issues are with taking action.
      2. The regime will not stop the killing just because we launch some missiles.
      3. The USS Lincoln only arrived in the area a few days ago. Many other assets still on the way. It takes well over a week for large ships to get there from USA or China Sea.

        • Who said this will be a war? Perhaps this explains the delay that many are complaining about? To insure it happens quick and without boots.

          • Iran is 5x the size as Iraq. This will not be some quick operation. Israel has a vested interest in pulling us into their final planned war.

        • There are something which will still require military action. Does it mean war like in Iraq and Afghanistan, no. Trump wants short, swift surgical strikes at specific targets and then negotiates. This thing with Iran after we struck their nuclear sites had other consequences that we did not forsee. The people in Iran had enough, but how do you fight back with Molotov cocktails and stones when the other side has guns and tanks.

  2. Problem is Trump said he would help, now he the option to get involved even if he doesn't want to, or look like weak "all bark no bite" leader. One of the problems of running your mouth without an actual plan first. Like threatening the insurrection act in MN then tucking tail and pretending everything is OK now.

      • Trump should never have said anything to start with. However, he told the protestors to stay in the streets and still has done nothing except positions forces. In the meantime, thousands continue to be killed by this bloodthirsty regime.

        Trump's word is suppose to mean something. If he fails to act, not only does he condemn these protestors to certain death, but his word becomes meaningless.

        Another point — an Iran that is no longer under the control of the Mullahs would be neutral or an ally of the US and could change the power dynamics of the Mid East. Iran was the chief sponsor of terrorists organizations such as Hamas and Hezbollah. If Iran is out of the terrorist business, these organizations no longer have the financial backing they need to survive.

        This is a major missed opportunity for Trump.

    Events such as this just par for the course in our history. We engaged the Hungarians in 1956 to rise up against their Soviet masters. They did and we sat back and did nothing. Then again, the 1956 Suez War started at the same time as Israel invaded the Sinai and Britain and French took over the Suez Canal from Nasser. Eisenhower opted to do nothing except condemn the Soviet invasion of Hungary. He also told Britain and France to give the canal back to Egypt and for Israel to withdraw from the Sinai. The consequences were huge. Britain and France were embarrassed in the eyes of the world and rarely did anything in the future regarding the Mid East. The 1967 War was fought by Israel against Egypt, Jordan and Syria resulting in a huge victory for Israel. Did Eisenhower's actions win him anything in the Mid East. No, Egypt turned to the Soviet Union for arms and money which eventually lead to the 1967 War. I can give many examples of this throughout American History alone.

    We can not think we can isolate ourselves from what goes on in the world. Our decisions, even if we do nothing, will have consequences for the future that we can't see.

I'm aware that there is a sizable Christian underground in Iran, and I would love to see doors opening for Christianity to spread freely in the region, as well as equitable trade agreements.

    However, this is a problem of their own making, and tyrannical governments typically are toppled by well equipped/armed citizens in revolt. If fear is indeed no longer a factor, let them strategize with militias within the Iranian citizenry. Arm them well, and let them fight for freedom as so many other nations have done historically.

    Trump can order strikes along with Israel that will kill thousands and cause massive damage. Without ground troops and an actual replacement regime to install the best he can hope for is chaos and several internal regional civil wars.

    There is a 90%+ that any strikes will result in US casualties. The likelihood of one or more US ships sunk and thousands of casualties is very likely. What would Trump do if the Abraham Lincoln is sunk? Go nuclear? Accept defeat? Or launch a decade war? Russia and China will support Iran. Will Israel using its' illegal nukes use them?

    Where is Congressional approval and war declaration? This is not a "law enforcement" operation as little Marco tried to justify the Venezuela operation as. Where will the funds come from?
