Is The Antichrist Alive Today and If So, Who Is The Antichrist?

Is the antichrist alive today?  This is a good question.

According to Christianity.com:

The word, “Antichrist,” is only found in the Bible in 1 and 2 John and occurs both in singular and plural forms. It represents all that is hostile to God.

In 2 Thessalonians 2, Paul refers to this person as the Man of Lawlessness. He puts himself in place of God’s law. That’s why he’s the Man of Lawlessness. And he’s a figure who the Bible repeatedly points to arising in the end times. There have been many, clearly, who are anti-Christ in one way or another, but here is the person who will be the distillation of opposition to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

and this:

The Bible mainly discusses the Antichrist or Man of Lawlessness in the context of the last days. The last days are when evil is unleashed on earth. They will be characterized by an intense and horrifying battle between God and his enemy (2 Thessalonians 2 ; 1 John 2:18). The Bible consistently affirms that God will completely win this battle (Romans 16:20, Revelation 17:14) and that those who trust in Christ are rescued “from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son,” (Colossians 1:13). (See also: Revelation 8:38-39).

But is there more?  The King James version of the Bible adds this:

15And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted to heaven, shalt be thrust down to hell. 16He that heareth you heareth me; and he that despiseth you despiseth me; and he that despiseth me despiseth him that sent me. 17And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name. 18And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven. 19Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. 20Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven. 21In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in thy sight.

Here is one person’s take on the Antichrist:

Here is more:

I shared this with a Hebrew friend of mine and she confirmed that Barak does mean lightening and has other meanings as well.  And yes, bama is high place.

This doesn’t surprise me at all.  Obama got the US in multiple wars around the world.  He hates Israel.  He is illegally running a third term.  He created and supported a coup of the Trump Administration.  He was behind Joe Biden’s stolen election and so much more…  Obama is a devil for sure.

  1. Barack Obama. I have thought that ever since I learned that he voted multiple times for babies born alive in a botched abortion to NOT get medical care if that’s what their mothers want.

  2. The ‘Man of Lawlessness’ could be Mohammad, the ‘final’ prophet.
Mohammad based his elevated station as a HOLY WARRIOR FOR GOD on John 14:16, the ‘helper’ scripture that was similarly misinterpreted by Montanus, who along with Priscilla created the sect of Montanism.
The War on Christianity has continued under Barack Obama whose name means ‘bent blessing.’
Obama, his politics rooted in 60’s radicalism and Islam, inserted the Iranian Islamists into the White House, the Muslim Brotherhood, and demonstrated his hatred of Western Civilization when he removed Churchill’s bust from the Oval Office.
