The Idiocy of Attacking James Madison!

Five years ago, James Madison Memorial High School in Madison, Wisconsin, had its name changed because James Madison once owned slaves. This is very near where I live, which is Middleton, a suburb of Madison. James Madison High School first opened in 1966. Liberal and minority groups pushed for the name change, which took four years.
James Madison drafted the Bill of Rights in 1789, and they were ratified in 1791.
We all know about the war on our Founding Fathers, but the war on James Madison is especially idiotic.
The reason is that the Bill of Rights is legally enforceable, unlike the Declaration of Independence or Founders’ wisdom quotes. The “hypocrite” argument doesn’t work against James Madison.
Throughout human history, law enforcement against people in the minority by race, language, or religion usually hasn’t been fair. If the government suspected you, they would go and search you and your living quarters. If they thought you were guilty or knew information, they often threatened you, beat you, broke your fingers, or threw you into a dank cell. They tried to make you talk. And they certainly didn’t give you a defense lawyer!
Even if the government didn’t do this bad stuff, they could if they wanted to, which was unbelievably scary.
This all changed in America. Because of the Bill of Rights, law enforcement must obtain a search warrant from a judge (4th Amendment). The warrant has to specifically say what they are looking for and where. The warrant has to say what crime you’re suspected of.
Then, if the police arrest you, you have the right to remain silent (5th amendment). They can’t torture you or use cruel and unusual punishments (8th Amendment).
And you get a lawyer if you can’t afford one (6th Amendment). The 5th and 6th Amendments contain many other important rights for defendants.
So here’s the idiocy. The police have to get a search warrant, even if James Madison owned slaves! They can’t beat you to make you talk because James Madison owned slaves! And you qualify for a defense lawyer even if Madison once owned slaves!
THE IDIOCY OF THE LIBERALS WHO HATE OUR FOUNDING FATHERS IS INSANE!!!
If liberal groups want to rename a high school, they should wait until a new one is built and the old one gets torn down. This would also prevent alumni confusion.
By the way, James Madison didn’t own slaves when he wrote the Bill of Rights.

4th Amendment

5th Amendment
“No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”
6th Amendment
“In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.”
8th Amendment
“Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.”
