Eric Coomer sued a number of good Americans and media companies (Rudy Giulianni, Sidney Powell, Jim Hoft, The GAteway Pundit, etc…) for defamation after the 2020 election. The case revolved around a post by Joe Oltman saying he heard Coomer on a conference call before the election say, ‘not to worry about the 2020 election, we have it covered.’
Evidence was released this weekend that Coomer did indeed have access to voting data before the 2020 election was final.

– Critical configuration choices (timeouts, memory limits, batch sizes, skipping adjudication, using splitter tools, choosing rescanning vs. manual entry) are made by vendor engineers rather than by election officials, and sometimes under severe time pressure.
– Large‑turnout cartridges (~20,000 cards) can simply fail to load due to software/memory limits, leaving tens of thousands of ballots temporarily or potentially permanently uncounted unless complex recovery procedures succeed.
NOW is the time to get rid of these infernal machines and return to hand counts of paper ballots.
