How many corrupt politicians have participated in the Lawfare Loan Scam? How long has this been going on?
Jason Goodman released another Twitter thread on the lawfare loan scam. This is after we uncovered Letitia James, Adam Schiff, and Andrew Weissmann involved in corrupt activities related to mortgages.

Now Goodman had information on suspicious loan activities by corrupt Jamie Raskin.

Raskin’s story goes back to 1990.
In 1993, Raskin quietly took out another mortgage for $202,000 from NewAmerica Savings Bank.
That loan was:
An adjustable-rate mortgage at just 5%
Recorded while the original mortgage was still active

According to Goodman, Raskin took out another loan on the property
This wasn’t a normal refinance.
The 1993 loan was sold off “without recourse” — a legal term that means the original bank (NewAmerica) walks away clean, even if the loan goes bad.

This is where things get odd.
Then in 1994 Raskin and his wife filed a $0 deed transferring the property… to themselves
No mention of the outstanding mortgages.
No mention of consideration.

What happened to the loans? Who paid them off?
The $202K loan was mysteriously satisfied in 1995 — but not by NewAmerica or The Franklin Group.

Was anything here reasonable?
Raskin took out two loans. There’s no sign he ever paid them and then two different lenders — Barnett Mortgage Co. and First Federal of Rochester — erased the debt without explanation.

It looks like these mortgage activities of the most corrupt politicians should be looked into.
These aren’t mortgages, they’re racketeering instruments and this isn’t Congress — it’s a RICO!
