Everyone remember the man known only as “Scaffold Commander” on January 6th — the one standing above the crowd screaming at people to “Go, Go, Go” toward the Capitol?
Well, say hi to John Nichols — longtime comrade and ally of Jamie Raskin, the socialist congressman from Maryland.
Here’s Nichols in June 2021, bragging that the progressives and socialists had taken over the Democratic Party. That takeover included ideas like:
Defund the Police
Green New Deal extremism
Radical abortion on demand
Weaponization of the DOJ and FBI against political enemies
And this is the same Nichols who bears a striking resemblance to the mysterious Scaffold Commander — the agitator who barked orders from the structure outside the Capitol on J6.
Why It Matters
Scaffold Commander has never been arrested.
He was caught on camera directing the crowd.
The FBI has never released his identity — even though they’ve hunted down grandmothers for simply walking on the grass that day.
Now we see connections between Raskin’s circle and the radical left figures openly cheering socialist control of the Democrat Party.
If this was a Trump associate? He’d already be rotting in solitary.
But when it’s a Raskin ally? Silence. Protection. Cover-up.
The scaffolding wasn’t just holding up metal that day — it was holding up a deep state narrative.

Ray Epps was never prosecuted for Jan 6 as well as a person of interest labeled the “scaffold commander”. But one person of interest who is suspected of being the “scaffold commander” is the national news correspondent for the magazine, The Nation. Notice how corrupt and lying Raskin calls for Ray Epps to be forgotten about.

How is it that the FBI can indict grandmas who walked in the Capitol for a few minutes saying prayers on Jan 6? The Deep State DOJ indicted innocents like this on Jan 6 but let the scaffold commander go? They couldn’t identify a person of interest that a guy on Twitter could?
