Fired State Department employees received applause as they left with their belongings.
On Friday, over a thousand US State Department employees were fired by the Trump Administration. This is a token of those who work in the department.
Here is a chart showing the number of government employees by department. US State had around 30,000 employees before this firing. This doesn’t report employees at USAID and other NGOs that support the destruction of American and are associated with the State Department.

We’ve learned since President Trump’s arrival in this administration, that the State Department was working with USAID to destroy American. These entities were pushing garbage policies around the world that made the US look crazy to the rest of the world. It’s been reported that China may have been running the State Department’s policies in its efforts to destroy America by destroying its name abroad.
In the first few months of his Administration, President Trump targeted USAID and the State Department. The courts had to step in to allow the President to fire US workers who work under the Executive Branch. Corrupt judges and NGOs were fighting to keep the anti-American policies and people in the State Department.
The Daily Mail reported on Friday on the exodus of fired employees.
The State Department has officially fired more than 1,300 workers after it warned them late on Thursday that mass layoffs were set to commence.
The department sent layoff notices to 1,107 civil servants and 246 foreign service officers with assignments in the United States, the Associated Press reported.
The notices said positions were being ‘abolished.’ The employees affected were also told they’d lose access to the State Department headquarters in Washington D.C., their emails and their shared drives by 5pm on Friday.
The layoffs come only days after the Supreme Court cleared the way for Trump’s executive order allowing mass layoffs across the federal government to proceed, despite ongoing legal challenges.
Employees, some of whom were crying, were seen exiting the State Department holding boxes of their belongings.
Staffers who weren’t laid off lined up in the lobby and applauded for their former colleagues.
Outside the building were dozens of former colleagues, ambassadors, members of Congress and others who were protesting.
Signs seen in the crowd said, ‘Thank you to America’s diplomats,’ and ‘We all deserve better.’
It was a pathetic scene as workers at the department who managed to survive the first round of cuts applauded for those being fired.

I’ve witnessed entire SHIFTS laid off in the private sector. 2nd shift came in to work on a Friday, called in the office, got laid off and sent home. What did they get as compensation? They got paid for the whole shift that Friday. That’s it. Nothing else.
These people had the option of leaving months ago while being paid for several months but chose to stay. It’s their own fault if they get laid off now. They had a very lucrative out and refused to take it. An out that’s WAY BETTER than anything offered to the private sector.
A government job shouldn’t be a guarantee of a LIFETIME job at taxpayers’ expense regardless of the usefulness to those taxpayers of that job.
