Mark Zuckerberg claimed on Tuesday that Meta (formerly Facebook) was going to stop censoring conservatives.
Meta will eliminate fact-checkers, reduce censorship, and prioritise free speech, starting in the U.S.
Founder Mark Zuckerberg criticised Meta’s fact-checking system for political bias and vowed to replace it with community-driven moderation, similar to X.

On that same day Meta censored a post with information from the Trump Team labeling it as using “misleading links or content to trick people to visit, or stay on, a website.”

Truth is consistent and transparent. Lies are shrouded with misdirection and inconsistency that is ultimately exposed. BEWARE of embracing the inconsistent. Hypocrites are always told “bring forth fruits worthy of repentance” (The Bible, Luke 3:8). If our Lord expects people to validate their repentance with actions illustrating their professed change, how can we expect less?

OK, time to ask bluntly, “Zuck WHAT exactly are the fruits worthy of your repentance?” What is your rationale for a dramatic 180?
Without tangible, reasoned answers we have no reason for trust. The American Indian fable of the snake being saved from a freezing death by a compassionate warrior clearly states as the warrior lay dying from the snakebite, “You knew I was a snake when you picked me up.” Jeremiah’s prophecy addresses those who profess repentance, “Can the leopard change his spots?” (The Bible, Jeremiah 13:23).
So, is Zuck’s mea cupla a sincere change or a political expedient to save his fortune? If it is sincere, exactly HOW does he intend to correct the abuses that his platform used to savage our society?
