When Tina Peters did her job overseeing and reporting on election issues in Mesa County, she was targeted by the Biden regime. The actions by the Biden DOJ may end up getting Peters a Presidential pardon.
Sheriff Dar Leaf reported last week that Dominion was involved in the Tina Peters case. What he also shared was that the DOJ and FBI were involved in the the Tina Peters case as well

We also know that the Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland and his FBI Director Chris Wray were involved in the Tina Peters case. They both sat in on a conference call in Mesa County regarding Tina Peters’ election security findings after the 2020 election.

On September 2, 2021 a meeting was convened by Sherronna Bishop and associates to show the Mesa County Commissioners and other leadership the Election Security findings of former Mesa County Election Clerk Tina Peters. To Sherronna’s surprise, FBI Director Christopher Wray, US Attorney General Merrick Garland and even CNN (Paul Murphy) were in attendance (via video). Why would Federal agents be in attendance with this state issue, and why would CNN be approved to be invited?
Per a discussion with a Trump Administration Official this all is very troubling.
If the officials in the state of Colorado worked on behalf of the Biden regime’s DOJ or in collusion with the DOJ in their indictments and imprisonment of Tina Peters, there may be grounds for Tina Peters to receive a Trump pardon.
This has never been brought to the courts but it makes sense. Because Tina was tried in a state court, the argument was that President Trump could not pardon her, only the governor of Colorado could.
Once the federal government got involved, which we have evidence that they did, this whole case changes. Based on the degree of involvement or maybe the fact that they were involved at all, opens the door for a Trump pardon of Tina Peters.
What if Garland and Wray were involved in collusion or a conspiracy to cover up what Tina Peters found? What if they were trying to hide her findings? What if they were trying to punish her for doing the right thing and identifying security issues with the election machines in Mesa County that are used around the country? And, what if Garland and Wray directed the state officials in Colorado to indict and imprison Tina Peters and how to do it?
Mike Frontera who is in the middle of these E Mails and was the chief council for Dominion was subpoenaed by Tina’s lawyers to testify at her trial. That subpoena was squashed. Why was he not required to testify? My guess is that information would result in an immediate release from jail of Tina and criminal prosecution of those that conspired to put her there.

That is a perfect idea, but feds being involved changes nothing. State and Fed work on cases together all of the time. The feds either advise or take over a case that has federal criminal implications. The feds usually allow the state to try the case first and if the state fails the feds file their own. Rarely it even happens the other way, like when Biden pardoned a fed death row inmate the state stepped in and filed state charges…which includes the death penalty. In this case, if crimes were committed by anyone involved her lawyers can file appeals up to SCOTUS. It will unfortunately take a while. If a new gov or AG is elected they could do the right thing. The gov can pardon and the AG can even do better by asking for a complete dismissal. Pardons carry an admission of guilt. You have to sign your name to such before accepting a pardon.

6-11-2025 I know you are hopeful for Tina that a pardon would be an immediate relief. I think this should be pursued because it might give a push to Tina’s very good request for an appeal. She has great foundational complaint because her state trial was a total sham! Tine did not get due process at all! She was denied on everything that constitutes what a fair trial should be! All her issues in the request for appeal have solid backing. There is no way her appeal will fail. And if the appeal fails, she can go up the justice ladder all the way to the Supreme Court and demand a fair trial! The public is totally on her side! We need to support any funding requests for cash to fight–not just for herself—but for EVERYONE in Colorado and this nation plagued with one hell of a crappy corrupt justice system!
