Potentially 24% of the votes counted in California elections are from non-citizens.

California’s 2024 election results were not certifiable, yet Secretary of State Shirley Weber certified them. Since nothing was fixed, the recent primaries are not certifiable as well.

Among the statewide election statistics reported by the Secretary of State’s Office were the following:
• 16,140,044 Californians voted.
• 13,034,378 vote by mail ballots were cast.
• 3,105,666 ballots cast at voting location.
• 71.43% of the registered voters cast ballots.
“I am pleased to continue the transparency of data relating to California’s elections by releasing the Nov. 5, 2024, Statement of Vote,” Weber said in a news release. “This data demonstrates how every vote matters.”
Weber has not been transparent – what she really means is “every illegal vote matters”.
Garbage Voter Rolls
As noted previously, the biggest elephant in the living room impacting California’s election results has to do with voter rolls. One study from 2024 estimated that 3.8 million records in California’s voter rolls are non-citizens.
This estimate was determined by comparing individuals registered in the voter rolls that were born outside the US with the number of Californians who legitimately gained US citizenship. The number of foreign-born voters registered in recent years far exceeds the number of naturalized citizens.
The cause of this difference is that in California, individuals who apply for a driver’s license are automatically added to the voter rolls (Motor Voter). Many of these individuals are not US citizens. This, along with barriers to verifying citizenship, has led to millions of names on the voter rolls who aren’t US citizens.
With 22.6 million registered voters in the state, the number of non-citizens in the voter rolls is 17% of registered voters.
However, assuming every non-citizen voted in 2024 and was counted among the 16.1 million votes cast in the state, roughly 24% of voters in the 2024 Election were potentially non-citizens.
Corrupt liberals might say that not all non-citizens in the voter roll voted in the 2024 Election. Perhaps, but the answer should be “no” non-citizens are voting in the California election.

Other research, including studies by nonpartisan groups like the Brennan Center and CEIR, confirms that verified cases of noncitizen voting are extremely rare, often attributed to clerical errors or data issues.

Nasty and rude. Your "facts" and "statistics" are conveniently wrong. If CA's elections are so clean, why do they continue to refuse to hand over the voter rolls and why are Federal Election Fraud charges forthcoming?

It has always been my theory that once non-citizens are registered largely through the State DMV mandates the non-citizens do not vote, rather someone votes for them using their name.
