EXCLUSIVE: Louisiana Secretary of State Nancy Landry Claims Trump Administration Backs Her Purchase of $150 Million in Voting Machines?

What is going on in Louisiana?  Secretary of State Nancy Landry claims that the Trump Administration is backing her purchase of voting machines costing the state $150 million.

Back on May 7th, Louisiana Secretary of State Nancy Landry claimed in front of the Louisiana Senate Judiciary Committee that she had a letter from the “Intergovernmental Office of the Trump Administration” and then she stated that the Trump Administration encouraged her to proceed with her procurement and “get a new system”.  Here is a video with her comments.

We were able to locate the letter that Secretary of State Nancy Landry claimed was provided to her by the Trump Administration.

The letter below has no wording indicating that the Trump Administration supports her procurement of voting machines.  The letter is not signed and it was provided in a word.doc format.  The IGA (Office of Intergovernmental Affairs) was placed in the signature section of the letter instead of someone’s name and title.

We’ve determined that the document above was written by Sam Adolfsen, Deputy Assistant in the President’s Domestic Policy Council within the White House.

Adolfsen reportedly claims that his letter was not an endorsement and that he was just trying to assist Ms. Landry and didn’t know what she was going to do with the draft that was nothing more than a draft.

Louisiana Secretary of State Nancy Landry continues to push the purchase of millions in voting equipment for the state. She shared the below letter dated August 15th with the Louisiana State House of Representatives.  In the letter, Landry announced that the state was preparing to purchase new voting machines and she provides the dates when the equipment will be presented.

President Trump this week announced that he is working on an Executive Order that will get rid of election machines and mail-in ballots.  Will Ms. Landry continue to push forward with spending $150 million in state tax revenue to purchase this equipment?

The people of Louisiana are trying to bring this all to the attention of DNI Tulsi Gabbard and stop this multi-million dollar waste of Louisiana taxpayer money.
