How Foreign Interference and the Non-Profit Industrial Complex Stole the 2020 Election – Part III – NFP Charity Program Hijacked? SLPC Indicted
If you’re a radical American Democrat progressive billionaire secretly plotting with other radical American Democrat progressive billionaires to set up some kind of a clandestine operation to grab raw political power – say steal a presidential election, for example – you couldn’t ask for a better secret hideaway for your operation than a network of charities.
We American families trust charities. We freely donate our time and money to them. We would never even think to question the motives of our ever-cheerful, hardworking-on-a-shoestring neighborhood charities.
However, there are those among us who carefully scrutinize our American charitable corporate system with what appears to be a criminal eye. They have uncovered and exploited every possible weak link, manipulated every possible tax and legal loophole and even created some new ones, and utilized secrecy as a tool so they could, as a general daily business practice, camouflage their every shady, nefarious, corrupt, and illegal operation under cover of networks of innocent-sounding, righteous, upstanding American 501(c)(3) charities and 501(c)(4) social welfare nonprofit corporations.
It’s the perfect secret hideaway:
-the public simply trusts a charity, so you have built-in corporation camo from the get-go;
-starting a new nonprofit corporation is easy;
-donors get tax write-offs so they keep donating, and the feds allow most donor information to remain secret (how handy is that?);
-it gets you in line for easy, massive government dole-outs called grants;
-you’re hard to track: each new nonprofit has its own corporate shield, so you can not only parse out and hide the really big, multi-state operations easily, but you can also run multiple operations at the same time;
-money laundering is a piece of cake-all you have to do is set up two companion NFPs at the same time;
-Need a shell company? Just set up a committee or task force within your nonprofit and feed it all the (untraceable) money it needs;
-You can easily hide leadership names and any payouts if you game the charity tax forms the right way;
-political ops are a cinch to disguise, and nobody cares if (c)(3)s go political anymore anyway;
-tax filings are pretty simple;
-the feds don’t care if your tax forms are late (by years, how great is that!) and the feds don’t seem to check them anyway;
-enforcement by the feds is – can you believe the beauty of this one! – virtually non-existent.
These uber-wealthy Democracy Alliance (DA) progressive Democrats and the Democratic Party arrogantly believe that their massive, multi-state, networked nonprofit operations won’t be found out. They’ve worked really hard to keep them secret, and the sheer size and complexity of these operations make it pretty hard to believe a thing like this could even exist.
They believe that they hold enough money and political clout, so if they are found out, their secret matrix of loyal Senior Executive Service federal employees – especially longtime, loyal US DOJ civil rights’ lawyers (many originally from the LCCHR or its member NFPs) and those in the federal elections’ arena at both DHS’s CISA and the “independent” Election Assistance Commission – can eliminate any threat to their operations.
So, we’re giving it our best shot by continuing to expose small portions of this enormous, multi-state, politically weaponized American nonprofit network, which we’ve labeled the nonprofit-industrial-complex corporate conglomerate.
The Democracy Alliance openly **ADMITS** to creating and funding what it calls an American “progressive infrastructure”, this is **NOT**in question.
Its “progressive infrastructure” is also enormous, multi-state, politically weaponized, and made up of hand-picked, networked American nonprofits.
In the DA’s **own** words:
“At the core of DA’s work is our investment portfolio of national progressive organizations working [to] make our collective vision for the future a reality. These collective investments strengthen an integrated system of local, state, and national organizations that build vital capacity to generate policy, drive progressive messages, [and] organize and empower key constituencies.”
The DA’s plan is, let this sink in, “national progressive organizations working [to] make our collective vision for the future a reality.”
That vision is a socialist’s vision.
What’s the mechanism?
An “integrated system of local, state, and national [progressive ] organizations.”
The hubris of these progressive Democratic billionaires in admitting to creating actual “investment portfolios” of DA-approved American nonprofits, through which fellow progressive Democrat billionaires each lay down a minimum of $200,000 a year in investment, is deplorable.
It is sickening and outrageous.
Thanks to the Washington Free Beacon, we **KNOW** that DA partners invested at least $1.83 billion in their secret nonprofit ‘progressive infrastructure’ and its operations between 2005 – 2019, an average of $122 million a year.
Thanks to Alexander Muse, we know that, “[a]s of Q2 2025, US NGOs hold $14.12T in assets. That balance sheet is larger than the combined 2025 GDP of Japan, Germany, and India by roughly 5%.”
These numbers are staggering, mind-blowing!
This is a mammoth, secret, networked progressive nonprofit operation and, mind, this is only **ONE ARM** of the DA’s gigantic, multi-state operation.
Furthermore, the **DA IS ONLY ONE OF MANY** such American progressive and Democrat socialist nonprofit-funding machines, created and deployed to secure permanent political power in the United States by these uber-wealthy progressive Democrats and the progressive-Democratic Party, whose elected officials, themselves, have contributed untold billions to these progressive nonprofit networks in every state, via taxpayer-funded government grants.
Now, if your nonprofit is still one of the ethical, honest, hard-working charities, you’re being painted with the same brush as these shysters, and that’ll only serve to harm your own charity and the many others like yours.
This is the terrible collateral damage being inflicted upon America by allowing these criminal, progressive Democratic networked-nonprofit operations to continue.
**SOUTHERN POVERTY LAW CENTER, A “NON-PARTISAN” 501(c)(3) TAX-EXEMPT NONPROFIT CHARITY, INDICTED**
Our American nonprofit system has been irretrievably hijacked.
Here is an egregious example of the hijacking of a nonprofit charity by those actually supporting the commission of violence upon our American communities:
On Tuesday, the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) – a charity we briefly mentioned in Part 2 – and yet another “non-partisan” 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable nonprofit, was indicted by a Grand Jury in Montgomery, AL on 11 counts, including wire fraud, false statements, and conspiracy to commit money laundering.
The DOJ press release states, in part:
“‘The SPLC is manufacturing racism to justify its existence,’ said Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche. ‘Using donor money to allegedly profit off Klansmen cannot go unchecked.'”
“‘The SPLC allegedly engaged in a massive fraud operation to deceive their donors, enrich themselves, and hide their deceptive operations from the public,’ said FBI Director Kash Patel. ‘They lied to their donors, vowing to dismantle violent extremist groups, and actually turned around and paid the leaders of these very extremist groups – even utilizing the funds to have these groups facilitate the commission of state and federal crimes. That is illegal – and this is an ongoing investigation against all individuals involved.'”
“‘Between 2014 and 2023, the SPLC secretly funneled more than $3 million in donated funds to individuals who were associated with various violent extremist groups including:
Ku Klux Klan
United Klans of America
Unite the Right
National Alliance
National Socialist Movement
Aryan Nations affiliated Sadistic Souls Motorcycle Club
National Socialist Party of America (American Nazi Party)
American Front’”
These are extremely serious charges. This is an extremely dangerous “charitable” nonprofit!
Finally! A deeply politicized, dangerous nonprofit charity that has viciously attacked Conservatives and patriotic American citizens for years has actually been investigated and indicted for doing horrific, unspeakable things, all while camouflaged by its “non-partisan” 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit charity corporate shield.
The SPLC is intimately hooked into the LCCHR’s (Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights) nationwide umbrella network as a **member** of its 200+ nonprofit coalition, **many of whom are also members of the DA’s NFP network**.
According to KeyWiki, the SPLC is a “strategic advisor” of the Open Society Foundation’s (OSF) 2017 ‘Communities Against Hate‘ initiative, which is led by the LCCHR’s 501(c)(3) charity arm, its Leadership Conference Education Fund (LCEF).
Other nonprofits sharing that leadership role with the LCEF, include two which are part of the DA’s 2017 Resistance Map, a group of 60 DA-vetted nonprofits chosen as national resistance leaders after the election of President Trump: the Center for Community Change and Color of Change.
Functionally, this is all one big happy charitable family of socialists (who prefer to call themselves progressives or progressive Democrats) working together “for the greater good” and utilizing charities to destroy our country, while secretly implementing socialism.
This DA operation, alone, appears to meet the definition of the RICO Act, the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.
Is there a federal investigator willing to assemble a team to investigate this DA “progressive infrastructure” operations racket, which is far, far bigger than the SPLC’s and also has unambiguous connections to the SPLC?
Is the exposure and indictment of the SPLC by an Alabama Grand Jury the beginning of this long-overdue process of investigating and indicting criminals within this vast, multi-state “progressive nonprofit network”?
Will the uber-wealthy progressive Democrat donors behind it all be investigated and indicted, as well?
Will our hijacked IRS nonprofit platform, which has been utterly corrupted, be permanently shuttered? A better one to take its place?
Will someone in the DOJ and FBI continue to stand up for the rights of our honest, ethical, hard-working American community nonprofits?
Will they work to get rid of this terrible infestation of Democrat and socialist criminals who have hijacked our American nonprofit system and created a secret, cozy hideaway for their nefarious socialist deeds?
