Based on highlights below from Tina Peters’ hearing in Colorado yesterday, is Judge Varholak hinting at sending Tina home?

Tina Peters’ case was an effort to portray her as a terrible criminal. This was not true. Tina had never been arrested before and was doing her job as the Mesa County Clerk in early 2021 by saving records of a recent election according to the law.
But when Tine reported on anomalies and differences identified in results before and after an election system upgrade in her county, all hell broke loose. Tina was vilified and shamed and indicted, arrested, and imprisoned.
In her trial, the judge (Judge Barrett) made flawed statements in his efforts to imprison Peters. He shared:
“You are a charlatan and you cannot help but lie as easy as it is for you to breathe. You betrayed your oath for no one other than you. And this is what makes Mrs. Peters such a danger to our community. It’s the position she held that has provided her the pulpit from which she can preach these lies, the undermining of our democratic process, the undermining of the belief and confidence in our election systems.
So the damage that is caused and continues to be caused is just as bad, if not worse, than the physical violence that this court sees on an all too regular basis. And it’s particularly damaging when those words come from someone who holds a position of influence like you. Every effort to undermine the integrity of our elections and the public’s trust in our institutions has been made by you. You’ve done it from that lectern. The voting public provided you with everything you’ve done has been to retain control influence. The damage is immeasurable. And every time it gets refuted, every time it’s shown to be false, just another tale is weaved.”
These comments showed the bias coming from the judge. He was after the gold star mother and courageous woman who was just doing her job.
In a fair debate, we could easily pick apart ALL the statements above from Judge Barrett as being LIES based upon unfounded assumptions. This all leads to the court hearing yesterday in Colorado.
This was Judge Varholak’s court. He appeared very focused during her hearing on whether or not Tina’s speech was dangerous enough induce violence.
Judge Barrett claimed that her speech was “just as bad, if not worse than the physical violence his court sees on an all too regular basis”, yet he offered ZERO substantiation for that claim. Additionally, history has shown that ZERO violence EVER resulted from the information put forth from Tina Peters. Her entire history is all contained on her website https://tinapeters.us/.
Too bad for the prosecution that Tina’s disclosures occurred after Jan 6, 2021, because they would have likely blamed that violence on her (which the Deep State orchestrated via paid provocateurs–but that’s a whole other story). There’s NOTHING in any way, shape of form that resembles ANY type of violent response.
While Judge Varholak didn’t allow the Venezuelan Testimony from the actual programmers who claimed to write the software to cheat in our elections as a result of yesterday’s hearing, ironically at the same time MORE VENEZUELAN ELECTION MACHINE MALFEASANCE WAS JUST EXPOSED.
So, it looks like that perhaps within a week we will hear his ruling on whether Tina Peters was wrongly incarcerated for exercising her right to free speech. Also, keep in mind, one’s exercise of free speech doesn’t depend upon whether the person exercising that right is telling the truth or not. If it did, practically all MSM would be in serious trouble.
ALL that matters is whether or not free speech is dangerous in the form of fomenting physical violence/yelling fire in a theatre etc. It will be interesting to see whether anything can be pulled out of a hat to claim that Tina did incite violence/yelled fire in a theatre.
I don’t give a damn about Gaza or Ukraine or any of the other latrines occupying Trump’s attention. Tina Peters matters more than all of them.

I’ve only understood the president cannot pardon but for federal crimes. Like another said, though, seems like he could say, It behooves you to let her out.

A few months back, Trump said he would have already had her out of prison if it were under Fed Jurisdiction, but as it is under State Jurisdiction, there is nothing he can do but he has the DOJ looking to see if there is anything the Fed can do for Tina.

Mesa County government, City of Grand Junction government is becoming infested with West Coast transplants but worse, infested with cultists from that Utah cult. Utah sits about 25 miles west of Grand Junction and that influence here is stunning. Think nothing more than 100's of Mitt Romney wannabes in local government.
The Grand Junction police department played step and fetch to these cultists and DA Rubenstein. Tina has always been well known here but Rubenstein went as far as to actually have her arrested out of a downtown bagel shop. Cuffs, perp walks and all.

We have to overhaul our court system so that bad judges can be thrown off the bench and rep-laced with honest judges. If you do some checking you will find most of the corrupt judges education was paid for by George Soros and those elected were funded by Soros. Judge Barrett's judicial statement is an opinion piece, not anything rooted in judicial evidence.
This could have come straight out of MSNBC.
One wonders if Tina P is released, will there be a gag stipulation included.
After all, all Mrs Peter’s did was do the job she was hired to do and prevented from doing by the crook who imposed the “trusted build” data dump – illegal in its own right as the election data is to be maintained in original form for 24 (or more) months. The people responsible for giving Tina access to make the back up legally as per her positions responsibilities were ordered to refuse her requested access, thus blocking her ability to uphold the law.
Prison should be for criminals, and in this case the criminal went free (after stealing her own tainted election)
The shrill bias of this judge Barret tells us he wanted to make it plain he was under deadly threat. Any review, any Appeal, would see this and immediately reverse any decisions made. The sheer cowardice among our current crop of lawyers will be legendary. Allowing only these lawyers access to Election as a Judge must be halted. She was wrongfully convicted under state law, not federal law. Therefore, I don't believe President Trump has the legal authority to pardon her.

So, why did you rehash the past and dismiss writing about the main reason that this federal judge is considering releasing Tina? Why dismiss 3000+ supporters who supported an amicus brief filed on Tina’s behalf? What a disservice this article is to those who worked so hard to make an argument on her behalf after her constitutional right were violated. Judge Barrett sounds like he was bought. His statements are unbelievably irrational. He never even asked if she was doing her job according to state law, which she was.
If there were collectively any number of Colorado men with full sacs, unseared consciences and righteous values, there would be a huge hole in the jail and no one would dare re-arrest her.

These leftist judges have NEVER given any legitimate legal consideration for this false imprisonment. If a civil war does break out, avoid the noise. The courts need to be abolished. I've known people tossed in prison for frivolous ridiculous things which should have been thrown out. It's infuriating. If you don't have the money to fight a bad judge, you are permanently scarred and barred from employment, benefits, voting, guns, housing, banking, flying, traveling out of the country, etc. You are no longer allowed to be a human. All of your rights are taken, yet they claim those rights aren't necessarily constitutional? what?
What I do know as a local government official is that you basically have to consult legal counsel before you do anything in the area of reform, and that’s usually not timely enough as in this case. Careerist/activists know this! There are so many laws you have never heard of that individual defenders of the system can and will wield as weapons to prevent transparency or upset their career thiefdoms and pet ideologies. Ms. Peters probably won’t get any mercy in the peoples’ republic of CO even if her actions were defendable which is surely arguable. She was just basically alone there. There’s just not enough integrity and genuine, good intent in so much of our governments so more people need to diligently and aggressively get involved and take their jurisdictions back, en masse.

I agree in general that there's a problem the Trump administration is allowing to fester – it's allowing law officers (mainly Obama and Biden appointees) to operate illegally. Instead of repudiating these rogue judges, prosecutors etc., the administration merely appeals to higher courts for redress. While there are probably arguments for operating that way, time is quite short, and if the left is allowed to continue with illegal obstructions, everything could be lost by 2028, when Trump will be gone and his voters demoralized by the lack of progress in some areas.
So I would be happy seeing US marshalls rescue Tina Peter. Presumably it won't be as heavy as the IDF rescuing Noa Argamani, when there were exchanges of fire.
