Elizabeth Prelogar Caught Lying and Understating Average Sentencing of Jan 6ers to Supreme Court

Don’t be fooled by her mousy voice, Elizabeth Prelogar is another Biden/Obama devil in disguise.

Elizabeth Prelogar is the Communist Biden Administration’s Solicitor General.  She is young and talks non-stop but if you listen carefully to important points, she lies without missing a beat.

This week Prelogar argued on behalf of the corrupt and communist Biden/Obama gang that the government’s sentencing of Jan 6 protesters was justified.

This premise is a lie.  Those at Jan 6 had every right to protest the stolen 2020 Election and the government entities that set them up need to be the ones jailed and harshly sentenced. (Judge Napolitano shared with me years ago that these defendents have a constitutional right to protest and should never have been arrested.)

In her arguments before the Supreme Court this week claiming that it was just for the DOJ to indict Jan 6ers, most with no prior records, to years in prison Prelogar was caught in a lie.

Prelogar materially understated the average sentencing for people charged with interrupting official acts stating that it averaged only 24 months when the truth is more than two times that amount of time.

Julie Kelly shared the following.

Below is an audio of Prelogar lying to the court.

Is there a penalty for lying to the Supreme Court? If you use the DOJ’s current standards it would be life sentence.

  1. Motor mouth was effectively challenged by Gorsuch.

Judge Nap has no advice worth receiving. We know protesting is legal, and the arrests were wrong. Nap gave some ridiculous legal “analysis” on Faux News, when he was advocating the arrest and conviction of Trump for several things. Decent, honest legal experts torched him over his showboating. The man is simply no good. When Larry Johnson teamed up with Nap to write articles on Ukraine (which Nap has no special knowledge of), the reaction was so negative that Nap disappeared from TGP.
