DOJ: Please Investigate Colorado’s AG Phil Weiser, SOS Jena Griswold and Mesa County DA Dan Rubinstein for Failing to Enforce Federal Election Laws

The DOJ recently filed suit against the state of New York, Governor Kathy Hochul and AG Letitia James for allegedly failing to enforce federal immigration laws. Of equal national security concern are Colorado’s AG Phil Weiser, SOS Jena Griswold and Mesa County DA Dan Rubinstein (and others) for allegedly failing to enforce federal election laws.
How they allegedly ignored their Oaths of Office and failed to enforce Federal Election Laws was meticulously documented by former Mesa County Election Clerk Tina Peters, and is detailed on her website https://tinapeters.us/. The 1 hour documentary ‘Selection Code’ (linked on the homepage) will make you shake your head in disbelief.
By the Colorado AG, SOS and DA willfully ignoring the compelling evidence compiled into three expert reports available at https://tinapeters.us/reports/ (scroll to the bottom), they instead chose to “Shoot the Messenger” and for the past three years persecuted and prosecuted Tina Peters beyond belief. On October 3, 2024 they finally succeeded in silencing her with a 9 year prison sentence on manufactured state charges that had nothing to do with reality.
The actions of this alleged Colorado Election Fraud Cover-up team also didn’t allow Tina any kind of a meaningful defense during her kangaroo court trial. If they had, discovery and expert witnesses speaking on behalf of Tina would have certainly resulted in a complete acquittal of all their baseless charges, designed to maintain the myth of the “Colorado Gold Standard Election System.” The methods and lawfare against Tina Peters unfortunately mirrored those that President Trump faced. As Chuck Schumer said to President Trump, “Intel officials ‘have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you”.
The reason why the new DOJ should go after these alleged ‘trusted’ Colorado office holders was their willingness to ignore the Federal Election Law 52 USC 20701 concerning the retention of ALL Election Records for 22 Months after an election. When SOS Griswold ordered what ended up being the deletion of all the election records on the Mesa County Election Management Server (EMS) just a few months after the election, it was game over for them. It’s important to ask the question: “With so much at stake for them to willfully shatter federal Laws, why would they do it?” A thought comes to mind, that all evidence of 2020 election fraud needed to be erased, and that was the means to do it.
This was all because Clerk Peters followed her Oath of Office and made the required backup copy of the EMS prior to the SOS directed deletion, and was able to prove the election records were intentionally and entirely deleted. When cyber forensic experts compared the before and after EMS images, the proof of deletion was solid. That important finding and many others are detailed in “Selection Code” and her reports noted above. By the way, the SOS ordered this same deletion of all election records in all Colorado counties.
Additionally, the situation of SOS Griswold posting over 600 Active election passwords online leading up to the 2024 Election was disturbing, but even more disturbing was how the court dismissed it as being a non problem. Keep in mind the basis that led to the sham trial and imprisonment of Tina Peters was one expired password vaguely readable in a blurry video. Because that 2024 election had federal candidates, DOJ needs to investigate that password situation fully. Their findings will certainly vindicate the actions of Tina Peters, as our DOJ has now returned to the standards of common sense so deeply obliterated under the Merrick Garland ‘Justice’ Department.
Unfortunately for Tina, there is a whole herd of Rinos that control Mesa County government. Recently they have acted like they are part of the “America First Movement” in order to try and profit from Trump’s victory. If any of them had one ounce of courage, they would have spoke out in behalf of Tina especially after the show trial where Tina’s constitutional and legal rights were withheld. Those that have participated in this lawfare should recommend Tina’s immediate release or they can wait and face the consequences. The writing is on the wall. Tina will be vindicated.
With Trump in office, people need to regain courage and step up the fight again.

Do not forget Massachusetts, where Dr. Shiva (R) lost the 2020 primary to a loser RINO in a statewide election by the exact same percentage in each and every county!!
Dr Shiva went on to WIN his court battle, exposing Google censorship in the process.
Of course even with obvious election fraud that defied lottery type odds, being pretty much impossible to be real results, NOTHING HAPPENED.
Every election in this state is rigged, and the voter rolls are clogged with everybody who has died in the past plus “residents” are allowed to vote, including non-citizens.
SOS Bill Galvin openly states illegals are residents therefore allowed to vote.
Why are not Feds prosecuting these crooked officials.

That is going to be one of Trump’s biggest accomplishments when he tackles this, in addition to all the miraculous things he has already achieved in his very short time on board!!
