DeSantis Presidential Campaign in a Freefall – Campaign Manager Fired

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’s Presidential campaign is in a freefall after he claimed “Of Course” President Trump lost the 2020 Election.

Over the weekend, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis said that he believed that the 2020 Election was not stolen.  This had painful consequences.

The Daily Mail reported:

Ron DeSantis rejected Donald Trump‘s claim he actually won the 2020 election, saying that Joe Biden was the president.

In his most forceful comments to date, DeSantis, in an interview with NBC News that aired on Monday, dismissed Trump’s false claims about the 2020 contest and warned Republicans their party will lose the upcoming election if it’s a referendum on the former president.

‘Of course he lost,’ the Florida governor said of Trump. ‘Joe Biden’s the president.’

The result of this comment was not good.

This morning DeSantis has fallen to third place behind President Trump:

This morning it’s reported that DeSantis has fired his campaign manager.

The Daily Caller reports:

Ron DeSantis fired campaign Generra Peck on Tuesday, replacing her with longtime aide James Uthmeier.

Peck will stay on as the campaign’s chief strategist, The Messenger first reported. Uthmeier most recently served as DeSantis’ gubernatorial chief of staff. The campaign is also hiring Davd Polyansky from the pro-DeSantis super PAC Never Back Down, communications director Andrew Romeo said.

What a disaster the DeSantis campaign has been.  All that money could have been spent in President Trump’s defense against the Deep State and instead this.  What a shame.
