Have the Comeys been caught?
The Epstein case made headlines in July 2024, and it was not good for the DOJ, the FBI, or President Trump. It was a public relations disaster with many faithful shaking their heads and wondering what was really going on.
Roger Stone was a guest speaker at a TPUSA event in Florida a short time later in July. When he heard the news about Epstein, he shared that he would have to redo his entire speech.
Stone delivered his speech and made a couple of key statements that explained what was happening in the Epstein case and what should be done.
Stone first stated that he believed that the corrupt Biden regime, and in particular Christopher Wray destroyed some Epstein evidence.
The second and more critical action that Stone recommended taking place, was for President Trump to direct his AG to instruct the DOJ in the Southern District of New York (SDNY) to unseal and release the search warrants executed on Epstein’s private island and Manhattan townhouse and grand jury testimony.
These documents remain sealed by the federal prosecutors in this case, including Jim Comey’s daughter, Maurene Comey who still works at the SDNY.
EPSTEIN.
The solution is for POTUS to direct his Attorney General to instruct the interim U.S. Attorney for the SDNY to move to unseal all grand jury testimony presented when the TRUMP ADMIN. charged Epstein with child sex trafficking.
The government should unseal the search warrants executed on Epstein’s private island and Manhattan townhouse — which remain sealed pursuant to a motion filed by federal prosecutors, including Maurene Comey.

It was the TRUMP ADMIN. — not Biden, and certainly not Obama — that moved in federal court to finally bring Epstein to justice.

An additional action that the DOJ should take, not mentioned in these clips from Stone’s speech was to fire Maurene Comey.
Jim Comey’s daughter Maurene, was involved in three of the top cases this past decade involving child sex trafficking rings. She was involved in the Epstein case. Maurene Comey was a member of the DOJ team that presented to the court in 2019 that the video of the Epstein cell on the night of his death was lost, and then the next day it was miraculously found.
It was initially reported that the footage from outside of Epstein’s cell on the night of his death was missing. In December of 2019 The Daily Mail reported that the footage was found. (emphasis added below)
The missing surveillance footage of Jeffrey Epstein’s suicide attempt in jail has been found, one day after prosecutors claimed it mysteriously vanished from the prison.
On Thursday Assistant U.S. Attorneys Jason Swergold and Maurene Comey told federal judge Kenneth Karas in a court filing that the video was found.
‘Earlier today, the Government confirmed with [Metropolitan Correctional Center] staff that the Video was preserved by MCC staff,’ the statement said as per the New York Post.
Yesterday the mystery into Epstein’s death seemed to deepen when Swergold stood up in court and claimed the footage hadn’t been retained by the facility.
That video in question was footage from outside Epstein’s cell at Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York City when he attempted to take his own life on July 23.
In that attempt Epstein was found with neck injuries after he apparently tried to hang himself and was moved to suicide watch at the prison.
Two weeks later Epstein succeeded in killing himself in his cell on August 10.
On Wednesday Swergold said: ‘It is our understanding that the video no longer exists…it was not preserved.’
A judge told prosecutors Wednesday to look further as to how the footage disappeared.
Epstein’s cellmate at the time Nick Tartaglione, who was awaiting trial for four counts of murder, had formally requested that video be preserved two days after the suicide attempt as evidence.
‘I don’t know the details of how it was lost or destroyed or why it wasn’t retained when it should have been,’ Tartaglione’s lawyer Bruce Barket said Wednesday.
On Thursday upon the discovery of the footage, he said, ‘We look forward to seeing it.’
Tartaglione, a former cop, was accused of attacking Epstein the night of July 23. But he claimed he tried to save Epstein from his suicide attempt.
‘We want to be sure that all the evidence is preserved to show that Nick behaved appropriately and even admirably that evening,’ Barket said in court in Wednesday,
‘We asked for all the video and photographic evidence to be preserved, specifically this surveillance video. Now it’s gone,’ he added.
Barket noted that Tartgalione has still not been questioned about Epstein’s suicide.
Maurene Comey was also a member of the DOJ’s team that prosecuted Ghislaine Maxwell.
Maurene Comey was also a member of the DOJ team that prosecuted P. Diddy, who was not found guilty of child sex trafficking crimes in July 2025.
Florida Rep. Anna Paulina Luna shared a message on Twitter/X indicating that the reason the media buried the Epstein story and then turned around and tried to weaponize it against President Trump has something to do with the Comeys.
