The corrupt Obama judge overseeing the corrupt Jack Smith case against President Trump in DC dismissed the case tonight.
Earlier on Monday the corrupt “special prosecutor” assigned to put President Trump behind bars, filed to end the case. Jack Smith realized he could no longer carry on the facade designed to damage President Trump before the 2024 Election.
Smith failed and realized he had to end his case.

Later on Monday, the corrupt Obama judge who worked with Smith in every way imaginable to put President Trump behind bars, realized she had failed too. Judge Chutkan signed off on the dismissal of the corrupt DC case.

Note however, that the corrupt actors in DC dismissed the case without prejudice which means the following:
An order of dismissal without prejudice terminates the current case, but does not bar the plaintiff from refiling the lawsuit at a later time. Such dismissals commonly occur when there has been a procedural error, or if a plaintiff representing himself simply fails to bring with him the right evidence or witnesses.
