Corrupt Biden prosecutor Jack Smith is freaked out about being called out on his bogus case against President Trump in Florida.Â
Although located overseas for years, Jack Smith was brought back to the US to prosecute the bogus case against President Trump in Florida. He did most his work against the President in Washington DC and then indicted President Trump in Florida based on this work that was sanctioned by corrupt judges in DC.
The case in Florida was assigned to Judge Cannon who was appointed by President Trump.
Judge Cannon is asking Smith to provide the list of documents that the FBI stole from President Trump’s home in Florida during a raid. Smith doesn’t want to provide this information. Instead, Smith claims that the documents are classified and will not provide the documents.
This week Smith filed with the court a request to basically not provide the documents in the case. Smith wants to ignore the Presidential Records Act because it ends his case.
Special counsel Jack Smith has filed his response to Judge Cannon’s request for preliminary jury instructions regarding the Presidential Records Act in Trump’s classified documents case.

Former US Acting Attorney General Matt Whitaker discussed Jack Smith’s latest filing and shared on FOX that Smith is confused. It doesn’t matter whether President Trump told anyone what documents he took with him when leaving the White House. The Presidential Records Act states that he can take them.
