Biden’s Supreme Court Justice pick, Ketanji Brown Jackson ruled in a Jan 6 case when she was a DC District Court Judge. She needs to recuse from the case in front of the Supreme Court.Â
Democrats never recuse when serious conflicts of interest are obvious. Will Biden’s communist Supreme Court Judge KBJ recuse herself from a Jan 6 case in front of the court?
Julie Kelly points out that KBJ ruled on a Jan 6 case that an individual who walked in the Capitol after being invited in on Jan 6 somehow obstructed an official proceeding.
This charge is never used against radical leftists who shut down Congress but it is being used on innocent men and women who peacefully entered the Capitol on Jan 6.
Justice KBJ put people like J6er Christopher Grider in prison for the made up charge that he obstructed an official hearing.
Now his case is in front of the Supreme Court and KBJ must recuse. SHE RULED ON THE CASE IN THE DISTRICT COURT – CLEARLY SHE IS BIASED.
KBJ also said there were lies about the 2020 Election not being certifiable which is a lie. She never described what the lies were.
Her comments about a “constitutional duty” strongly suggests she will conclude Jan 6 was an “official proceeding.”
She also parroted the line about “lies” related to the 2020 election. What those lies are–she doesn’t say.

KBJ must recuse. But then again, she is a communist Democrat where the ends justify the means.

To her credit–unlike many of her colleagues at the time–she did not keep Grider in jail awaiting trial.
