Jena Griswold’s Pathetic Password Lies

Pathetic Lie #1 – The Machines aren’t connected to any external networks.

Pathetic Truth #1 – SOS Griswold has stated that comparing her situation to that of Clerk Peters is like comparing Apples to Oranges (a twisted interpretation, discussed later).

*NOTE* “If you make a copy of your house key for someone to feed your pets while you’re gone, you only tell the designated person with the need to know about the key, and where you hid it. You certainly don’t make a copy of that key accidentally, and then leave it around for anyone to use”. Such is the case with these BIOS Passwords.

Colorado Secretary of State (SOS) Jena Griswold is expecting us to believe she accidentally posted over 600 BIOS passwords on her website via a spreadsheet accessible by a hidden tab. She also unequivocally states that there were no known system intrusions as a result of this “accidental posting”. Any computer expert anywhere will tell you that BIOS passwords are the keys to any computer kingdom.

In this situation, anyone with these BIOS passwords who knew what they were doing were able to remotely login via an external network and intrude from anywhere, thereby unlocking the inner workings of practically all the election equipment in Colorado. This nefarious lack of transparency and chain of custody was intentionally designed to manipulate the 2024 election results in Colorado, and quite possibly in other states too.

In case you haven’t guessed why SOS Griswold obviously did this, everything points to it being intentionally done to provide remote access by designated cyber criminals (anywhere in the world) to Colorado’s Election Infrastructure. Once into the equipment via the ‘front door’ the BIOS Passwords provided, the criminals had unchallenged nefarious access for remotely manipulating the 2024 CO election results at will anytime. Access during early voting, election day, and post election day was critical to them. (See why Machines, early voting, and post election day counting is a stupid thing to have?).

By placing these passwords on a spreadsheet accessed by those designated cyber criminals, election manipulation efficiency was intentionally made very simple for them, wherever they were. The alternative to this method would have been for the SOS to send out the passwords individually via correspondence to each designated cyber criminal, likely by email. Had they instead chosen that very inefficient individual communication method, those messages would be subject to public disclosure via the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), so they needed to intentionally skirt that situation.

Well, Mesa County, Colorado has certainly been in the news since 2021 when Election Clerk Tina Peters was railroaded for what appeared (to the untrained eye) to be an indictment on 10 fraudulent charges (7 felonies and 3 Misdemeanors) built upon a supposed password breach. However you’ll soon learn how these two situations have no similarity at all, except that the topic phrase relates to “Passwords”. Tina now sits in prison for 9 years because the DA and an entire chain of command up through SOS Griswold concluded that she had irreparably compromised and harmed Election Security in Mesa County. Judge Matthew Barrett who sentenced her had a lot harsher words to say before she was handcuffed and led out of the courtroom like a dangerous criminal.

So what’s the REAL story? The real story is that Clerk Peters had a taken a video during the “Trusted Build” (the “Trusted Build” was anything but “Trusted”), as it turned out to be an illegal data wipe disguised as an upgrade, which destroyed all Election Data about 20 months too soon, thus breaking all Federal and State Election Laws regarding retention of Election Records. By the way, that illegal wipe of all data was authorized by SOS Griswold, while Tina was striving to save all that data before the “Trusted Build” was done. These and other related revelations will be discussed in future articles.

That video from Clerk Peters showed blurred BIOS Passwords (actually, they might not have even been actual passwords). According to Forensic Cybersecurity expert Clay Parikh, who testified as a court-approved Expert Witness during Tina’s trial, that the computer screen format displaying the passwords was not the screen format one would expect to see BIOS passwords on. Additionally, and the most important thing, is that the BIOS Password screen captured in Tina’s video showed Passwords which were only active prior to the “Trusted Build”. After the “Trusted Build” was completed, new passwords were generated and installed. Given this important fact, the Passwords in the video were useless from day one, and were anciently expired by the time SOS Griswold freaked out that Clerk Peters had caused a massive security breach with this video that only showed blurred expired passwords. Next, SOS Griswold had all the Mesa County Election Equipment removed and replaced ‘just to make sure all was safe’.

So let’s recap: 1) The couple of Passwords in Tina’s video were blurred and unreadable. 2) The screen displaying them might not have even been a real BIOS password screen. 3) The Passwords in the video were expired and useless. 4) All Mesa County Election Equipment was removed, and Clerk Peters vilified and charged with malicious intrusion into the Election System, for which she was recently sentenced to 9 years in prison.

Now let’s compare this to SOS Griswold’s “Apples vs. Oranges” statement:

1) SOS Griswold’s ACTIVE passwords were on a spreadsheet, as clear as the text you’re reading here now. 2) The Spreadsheet containing those 600+ BIOS Password keys were on her actual verified SOS Website screen under a hidden tab so the designated cyber criminals could easily find them. 3) SOS Griswold’s 600+ passwords were 100% active. 4) SOS Griswold is not concerned at all that her passwords were disclosed, as she has been exonerated from all responsibility, and no equipment needed to be replaced. In sharp contrast however, Tina’s charges were thunderously levied upon her for innocent meaningless acts. Yes, SOS Jena Griswold, this was “Apples vs. Oranges” in your Two Tiered Justice System. Either Tina gets quickly released, or you should go to prison for 600 times longer than her 9 year sentence (at least 5400 years), or how about both? You, and the entire Electronic Election Ecosystem must be gone, NOW.
