VoterGA Files Emergency Federal Suit to Vacate Dominion Certification

Garland Favorito and VoterGA provided the following press release.

ATLANTA, GA, DECEMBER 22, 2025 – VoterGA announced today it has filed an emergency federal complaint intended to force the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) to vacate the 2019 certification of the Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5-A (DDS 5.5A) voting system currently used in Georgia. The complaint is based on unrefuted expert witness testimony showing the voting system does not meet, and never met, 2005 EAC security requirements that formed the basis to certify the system in 2019.

The complaint comes on the heels of a similar petition to the EAC. The EAC agreed to take the petition into consideration but declined to provide any permanent or interim relief stating their procedures would not let them do so. VoterGA sought interim relief to postpone the original certification until such time it can be permanently vacated. Their request was based on federal law that states: “When an agency finds that justice so requires, it may postpone the effective date of action taken by it, pending judicial review.” 5 U.S.C. § 505

VoterGA is joined by the original state petitioners, the Dekalb County Republican Party, as well as the Chatham County Republican Party and individual petitioners Richard J. Armstrong and VoterGA co-founder Garland Favorito. The case was filed in the U.S. Southern District of Georgia by attorneys Jonathan Miller and Harry MacDougald.

Voters in other states have also filed similar petitions after learning the experts testified that all Dominion Democracy Suite 5 systems have severe vulnerabilities largely identical to those discovered in the Georgia DDS 5.5A system. Voters in California, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, Florida, Pennsylvania and Colorado have indicated they filed similar EAC claims.

After analyzing an authenticated copy of a Georgia 2020 election server, experts Ben Cotton and Clay Parikh testified in the September 30, 2024 Dekalb GOP v. Raffensperger hearing that Georgia’s Dominion system uses unchanged hard coded passwords and does not store encryption keys in an encryption module as required by 2005 Voluntary Voting System Guidelines Volume 1 which are mandated for EAC certification.

Favorito explained how their expert testimony showed the systems are interconnected and accessible worldwide through a “back door” facilitated by the password and encryption vulnerabilities. He stressed the urgent need for immediate court action and concluded: “We have a national security crisis that must be resolved before the 2026 primaries”.

  1. We the People, collectively here in our USA, have our American Social Contract by which, for the past 250 years, at its core, it has been established that we hold POPULAR SOVEREIGNTY; that is, We the People, altogether, are IN CHARGE; that we, collectively, are the ULTIMATE AUTHORITY.

    So says our National Charter Document … The Unanimous Declaration of 4 July 1776.

    In which case, in practical terms, there MUST BE — particularly in all political matters as performed by our GOVT, at both STATE and FEDERAL levels, such as in all phases of all the elections of our political leaders — 1000% GOVT TRANSPARENCY.

    This is ABSOLUTELY NOT THE CASE. Not even close. This article, and others like it, uncovers just the tip of this systemic injustice.

    This means, in practical terms, that at any time during the overall election process — and particularly directly BEFORE AND AFTER any specific election — we must have clear and direct access to all the data and all election matters to be able to observe and verify whether all is in order.

    If We the People, for whatever reasons of GOVT resistance and reluctance, are not permitted to accomplish this … such is a direct indication that We the People are NOT IN CHARGE — that We the People are not the ULTIMATE AUTHORITY — and such is a direct existential threat to our American Social Contract.

    If we want to remain a NATION of FREE CITIZENS, such cannot be permitted to stand.

    Our legislatures can make laws until the cows come home, but no such GOVT law is going to protect The People from any such injustices. Rather, it is going to take the combined efforts of the NATION — particularly and primarily through our voting actions of INFORMED and ENGAGED CITIZENS — to demand that we are not going to stand for such GOVT deceptions and that we are not going to elect into any public office any JUDAS politicians who are going to promote and support the same deceptions.

    It's really this simple … but such requires that We the People act like FREE CITIZENS as, originally, our NATION was intended and designed and not like CONTROLLED SUBJECTS to which we have become so accustomed over the past several decades.

    Our American Social Contract establishes that We The People have both RIGHTS and DUTIES — so says The Unanimous Declaration — but such does not work in a NATION where, at the drop of a hat, we are screaming for our RIGHTS, but where there are few, if any, who are screaming that we also perform our DUTIES.

    FREEDOM has a price, and that is PATRIOTIC DUTY — a price that UPFRONT must be paid — where there has never been a case of a FREE NATION, in the human history of the World, where DUTY DOES NOT COME FIRST.

  24. Dominion Voting systems was sold in october 2025. I have not seen any updates about it. I think it was domininion service reps deleting log files and updates after elections.

    But for now, the sale appears to be more of a rebranding than a revolution. Dominion is operating under the name of its new owner, called Liberty Vote. State election officials say they have now been told no staff changes, contract terminations, or product overhauls are expected.

  32. Have to say man this guy is the perfect example of what it means to not quit! This guy has been dismissed out of court rooms for over 4 years and he has kept at it. He knows his cause is righteous and that the election was rigged in Georgia. He could have easily at any moment given up and gone home. He didn’t and he is still fighting in the Georgia courts today. I don’t think Favorito is a Republican either. He is just a guy that knows there was a stolen election in Georgia and refuses to go away until it is all exposed! I tip my hat to him for fighting the good fight.

  42. A computer expert changed the results on a Dominion machine in about 2 minutes with an ink pen right in a Georgia court room. It's possible to go in the "front door" or the "back door" on these machines. It's ridiculous.

  43. In the 2020 NM Forensic Audit, they found the election server password set to "password".

    I believe the SQL Server running as part of the system had it's password set to null – which makes it easier to run SQL statements like UPDATE, INSERT, DELETE – also the SQL Transaction Logging and Auditing features were turned off.

    1. Voter ID that also includes proof of US citizenship (prevents voting by illegals that have been given by state issued driver licenses) No automatic voting registration in states with illegals getting driver licenses.
    2. Chain of custody of all serialized ballots monitored by observers from both parties
    a. No drop boxes
    b. No mail in ballots
    c. No ballots received after midnight election day will be counted.
    3. Manual counting of all ballots verified by observers of both parties
    4. Signature verification made and verified by observers of both parties
    5. Forensic audits of election with no road blocks.., random unabated execution including canvass of voters with power to redo elections when anomalies found.
    6. No rank choice voting.

    Never happened and never will until we are serious about our elections….
