While I cry for Tina’s situation, I similarly cry for how American ‘leadership’ sank so low to allow the vast proliferation of election fraud infrastructure to steal our country.
That same ‘leadership’ was further allowed to facilitate the incarceration and harsh conditions Tina faces daily in order to cover up their treasonous crimes….
Tina Peters is being treated liked she’s one of the worst criminals in Colorado. She is housed in a facility with murderers and hardened criminals. She sleeps on a thin mattress on a metal bed.
She did nothing wrong. Actually, she did everything right.
The criminals running the state of Colorado who won their elections using the system that allows uncertifiable and broken election processes, hate Tina Peters. Even Merrick Garland and Chris Wray (Biden’s AG and FBI Head) were in on the indictments, prosecution and persecution of Tina Peters.
We stand with Tina or we die in shame.
Tina shared a message on Tuesday as she reaches one year in prison. She was indicted on bogus charges in a corrupt judge’s court ran by corrupt actors who benefited from the corrupt election process she uncovered.

As I approach 365 days in this hellhole—tomorrow marks one full year, and Friday is the anniversary of the day they shackled me and dragged me out of the courtroom—my chest hurts just thinking about it.
It’s seared into my mind.I’ve been deprived of everything everyone else takes for granted: going to a restaurant, driving somewhere, flying, being with whoever I want, seeing my granddaughter, visiting my mother who’ll be 97 next month.
All of that, gone.Where is everybody? I did what I was supposed to do—legally—to expose their crimes.
Who has my back now? Where are the people who benefited?Has it been decided that I will be made the SACRIFICIAL LAMB to give the networks something to rally behind?
The President has demanded my release four times—twice on Twitter, twice verbally.
Why is the DOJ defying Trump’s demands? Get off your asses and get me out!
This is not right. The state never had jurisdiction to indict, prosecute, or imprison me because of the Constitution, the Supremacy Clause, and Immunities Clause. I was protecting federal election records. Colorado violated federal law by locking me up.
The federal government could come in right now, pluck me out, and say, “No, you’re violating her constitutional rights. She was performing a federal duty.”
Send in the marshals—get me!
Not just because I’m a whistleblower, but because they had no right to do this.
This is straight-up lawfare.I’m a political prisoner suffering cruel and unusual punishment, just like Tore called out in her amicus brief. How many whistleblowers, reports, and proofs do we need?
We have already proven it all—yet here I am, in a medium-security prison with murderers, the worst of the worst. People serving life for gruesome murders, featured on Dateline and 20/20. I was just in the gym with one—she’s sweet to me, but that’s the reality I’m living every day.
For what? Protecting elections?
The same biased judges who denied my bond with no explanation will drag out any appeal for years. They’re not normal; they were put in place illegally, selected by benefactors in these blackmail rings like Epstein and P. Diddy. They collect their dues.
Forget the appeal—optics don’t matter. Just do it, and deal with the court later.
And the prosecutor calls me a danger to society? A flight risk? Meanwhile, they let out a criminal with 39 convictions, 25 felonies, who then murdered that poor little girl.
Her father’s been yelling about it on Fox News every day—bring that up. It just validates I’m a political prisoner in a state that could be criminally prosecuted for this.

The fact that this Patriot is locked up at all is outrageous. That she has been in prison for a full year is inexcusable. Come on, Trump people. Make Tina’s release a HIGH priority. Get it done, and prosecute those who conspired to put her behind bars!
Todd Blanche, who is the current US Deputy Attorney General has decided to let her stay in prison. Why???
Are you able to give us any more information about Todd Blanche and why it seems he seems to be the one responsible for blocking her release?
Also, I always thought it was a waste of time and effort to contact the Governor’s office instead of DOJ.
We could still launch a similar campaign focused on DOJ (Pam & Todd), so why aren’t those same media influencers stepping up to organize this?!
We saw this lawlessness under color of law play out against DJT. The Communist playbook has not changed. We are all targeted. It could be any one of us.
Tina’s case exemplifies more clearly than almost any other in recent years that the Democrats, with the help of a handful of RINOs, have transformed the USA into an UNCIVILIZED country, i.e., one in which the rule of law has become no more than a sick, despotic, government tyranny.
My heart bleeds for Tina. This should not happen in the United States of America. We cannot allow State courts to commit such injustices. Her pain and the time she’s been robbed lies at the door of the Supreme Court because the judgement levied on her is wholly unconstitutional, wholly illegal. The Supreme Court should step in in cases like this. Screw the backlogged appeals process. They do innocent people no justice whatsover. This isn’t someone who was convicted of evidence of a crime. There was no crime! Get off your black robbed asses act now! The pain and suffering Tina is enduring now is upon your heads.
Trump should send the U.S. Marshalls in and forcibly remove her. Take her to a state where she’ll be safe. Then prosecute the jackboots her put in prison.

She was not allowed to present her evidence in her defense during the trial. Violent criminals with multiple felony convictions are released without bail, but Gold Star Mom, Tina has just served one year of a nine year sentence for truth that conflicts with a corrupt government. Preserving voter records is a crime under Jena Griswold’s rule, but she can make passwords available for fraud without any lawful consequence.
Todd Blanche was born in Denver. Is there something in his background obstructing his inaction regarding the release of Tina Peters? He worked on cases of public corruption and racketeering when a prosecutor in New York’s Southern District. He became a Republican in 2024.
