BREAKING: Tina Peters Needs Our Help – She Is Reportedly Very Sick in Prison

Tina Peters needs our help.  She is reportedly very sick in prison. 

This is not America.  An innocent elderly woman should not be in prison on a 9-year sentence for doing her job and protecting election data and records.

Tina Peters is a Navy SEAL Gold Star Mom, a cancer survivor, and a courageous whistleblower whose life has been marked by service, resilience, great personal loss and an unyielding dedication to truth. As the elected Mesa County Clerk in Colorado, Tina sought to uphold election integrity by creating a forensic backup of her county’s Dominion Voting System server. Her findings, which revealed manipulation in a local city council race and irregularities in the 2020 general election, catapulted her into the national spotlight and a storm of legal and personal challenges.

Tina’s actions led to her indictment on multiple charges, including three counts of attempting to influence a public servant, conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation, official misconduct, violation of duty, and failure to comply with secretary of state requirements. In August 2023, a jury convicted her on seven out of ten charges, resulting in an eight-and-a-half-year prison sentence for the felonies, followed by an additional six-month jail term. Despite the verdict, Tina has maintained her innocence and has always made clear that her actions were motivated by a deep desire to protect the public’s trust in elections.

Throughout the trial and sentencing, Tina faced sharp rebukes from the presiding judge, who accused her of abusing her authority, deceiving the public, and capitalizing on baseless claims. Many argue that these remarks were excessively harsh and revealed a clear bias, reflecting the broader political climate under a liberal progressive governor and a Secretary of State widely criticized as corrupt. This perceived animosity, combined with the severity of her sentence, has sparked outrage among those who believe she is being unfairly targeted for her whistleblowing efforts and her outspoken criticism of election systems.

In the Tina Peters trial in the state court, Tina was unlikely to receive a fair trial, given that Judge Barrett was overseeing the case.  Here is what this corrupt judge shared about Tina:

“You are a charlatan and you cannot help but lie as easy as it is for you to breathe. You betrayed your oath for no one other than you.  And this is what makes Mrs. Peters such a danger to our community.  It’s the position she held that has provided her the pulpit from which she can preach these lies, the undermining of our democratic process, the undermining of the belief and confidence in our election systems.

So the damage that is caused and continues to be caused is just as bad, if not worse, than the physical violence that this court sees on an all too regular basis. And it’s particularly damaging when those words come from someone who holds a position of influence like you. Every effort to undermine the integrity of our elections and the public’s trust in our institutions has been made by you. You’ve done it from that lectern. The voting public provided you with everything you’ve done has been to retain control influence. The damage is immeasurable. And every time it gets refuted, every time it’s shown to be false, just another tale is weaved.”

Judge Barrett put Tina Peters in state prison for 9 years even though she was doing her job and had no record her entire life.

Three weeks ago, arguments were held in a federal court led by Judge Scott Varholak.  He listened to arguments that Tina should be released from her Colorado state prison for numerous reasons.  He said he would have a ruling in a week, but it has been almost three weeks since we heard from the judge.

On Wednesday evening, November 12th, it was reported that Tina was very sick in prison.

Let us continue to pray daily — for Tina and her health and that our Heavenly Father will lift up, anoint, comfort, advise, and protect Judge Varholak as he faces this legally complex decision. May God grant him clarity, courage, and divine wisdom as he discerns how to rule justly.

We also pray for a hedge of protection over Judge Varholak and his family — that no form of intimidation, manipulation, or enticement from the enemy may touch them.

      • I agree. The main issue is that the judicial system does everything it can to thwart President Trump. It drags everything out, running out the clock. The democ"rat" judges complete everything at hyper speed if it hurts President Trump.

          • Except for your last statement about Mr. Trump not caring about Mrs. Peters, I generally agree with you. People on this thread just can't get it through their heads that the President can't use the power of Pardon on State charges. As far as the President not caring about Mrs. Peters is pure speculation on your part and, unless you're "buddies" with Mr .Trump. You probably should just keep quiet.

          • Trump has a premium lawyer, along with that lawyer's aides, working on Tina's case, trying to find ways to get her out of prison, or at least that prison. Trump cares very much about this case, and he won't give up trying to free her.

        • He is well aware of Tina Peters situation and he hasn't been able to pardon her because this is a STATE conviction. If she is ill, she needs to be sent to a hospital. Maybe something can be done about that! Stop blaming Trump for this.

  22. The accusations against Tina should also be used against Jena Griswold and have Judge Barret oversee the case. In case people don't remember the initial charges were lodged against Tina for having exposed a password to certain files even though that password was obsolete, yet Jena publicized passwords that were still in use.

The Federal Government should be checking in with Judge Scott Varholak weekly to check whether or not a decision has been made and if not decided – the Federal Government's DOJ needs to file charges against Colorado for taking over a federal court case over a national election voting fraud case. This really was federal jurisdiction – not a state issue. IMO

  63. My grandfather was a Mesa County Deputy during the nineteen sixties "under" brother-in-law Mesa County Sheriff Ray Reese. Both were known for EQUAL application of laws and honesty. I hope Sheriff Todd Rowell and deputies are NOT part of this "lynching". I have sent a couple emails in months passed to Sheriff Rowell regarding the Tina Peters case.

    Congressional members get immunity on many things, as do prosecutors and Judges. It's time to take away all immunity for them, and make them do their jobs honestly, or be open to being sued for everything they own in civil court.

  96. The women's prison near Canon City is a miserable place to be. I toured it once with a Colorado state legislative delegation (I was an assistant to a legislator) about 25 yrs ago. There is nothing for the inmates to do. Working in the kitchen and some other tedious work is about it (maybe it's changed by now but I doubt it). The boredom alone would drive you nuts.

    During the same tour we visited about three of the state prisons for men. In contrast there were several jobs for the men to do to pass the time. Furniture work, raising veal cattle, and several other jobs for the men. In the old prison, we saw them making license plates (very noisy work). One of the guards unlocked a cell in the old prison to let us view it. He had this big ring of keys he used to do it. He couldn't remove the key, (it got stuck in the lock) after we viewed the cell he had to remain there as we moved on. Judging by the looks on their faces, the prisoners nearby had a hard time suppressing their amusement at the sight.

    The child molesters and other sex offenders are separated from all the other inmates. The warden told us they were the easiest group of prisoners to manage. I suspect it is from abject fear of being placed in the general population so they behave. Also, they separate the old men from the younger prisoners for obvious reasons .

    The Colorado state Max security prison is a very bleak place to be. When you enter the place you feel as though you've been swallowed by it and entered another strange and forbidding, dimension. I asked a prison captain why the barbwire faced out instead of inward. He replied; "we're not worried about anyone escaping and figure the only threat would be someone trying to enter for nefarious purposes."

    The death row portion of that prison is straight out of Dante's Inferno and can only be described as "Hellish". Inmates confined solo for 23 hrs a day driven crazy, some howling like insane dogs.
    I used to think it was too kind to keep someone on death row for years at a time but after seeing it first hand I personally would beg for a fast execution if I had to be confined to that place. Words cannot describe the intense feeling of darkness and hopelessness of that place.

  98. Trump should fund a short fact-based movie to be made covering the period from just before the election until Tina Peters was imprisoned and ending with an interview with her from prison if possible. Explain all the dirty tricks used by the left and the bias against her in the judicial system. And then play that movie at a special Trump rally to maximise the audience.
