“Judge” Jeanine saves the day and brings justice to the Proud Boys. 

This is really big.  “Judge” Jenanine Pirro, the current US Attorney for the District of Columbia, has upheld the law and dismissed the sedition charges against the Proud Boys.  These charges were designed and brought forward by the corrupt Biden regime in their efforts to lie and claim Jan 6 was a seditious act by the Proud Boys and President Trump.

The people who put together these charges hoped to use guilty pleas as support to do the same to President Trump!

Because of Zach’s motion and the efforts of many of us. Jeanine Pirro has moved to dismiss all charges In the ProudBoys sedition trial. They won’t need a pardon anymore. Full rights restored and full military benefits and back pay will be processed. Our lives are now closer to being whole. This is my happiest day since the pardon that released us from the jaws of injustice!

I want to thank @USAttyPirro and @DAGToddBlanche and I also want to apologize for some of my harsh words previously. My passion is my brothers and my community. And I take them seriously when they have suffered so much. And you have proven to share that passion. And I huge thank you to President Donald J Trump @POTUS

The government just filed its response to Zach’s Rule 33 motion for a new trial. They didn’t deny a single thing Jeremy Bertino said in his recantation.

They didn’t challenge the sworn affidavit or the two lawyer-led video depositions. They basically admitted their star witness flipped and admitted he lied under oath.

Instead, they are fighting tooth and nail to agree with Merrick Garland and Joe Biden.

            But the president doesn't have to personally use the autopen cuz that would defeat the purpose of having an autopen.

            He can authorize others to use it.

            So if an action was brought against someone for use of the autopen, Joe simply has to say that they used it with his permission, and there is no crime.

    • What I found most telling, was that their main witness in the case openly admitted to directly lying under oath in his testimony. This apparently was what the entire thing was based on. Whether it was through coercion or that he just knowingly did it, it is clear that the entire case was based on a falsehood in the first place.
