Jim Comey is in trouble – big trouble.

His notes on the Russia collusion attempted coup of the Trump Administration were found in the Hoover Building in a secret safe in a secret building.

Jim Comey’s future just took a turn for the worse.

This is deliberate obstruction of Special Counsel Durham investigation by the FBI leadership.

The FBI leadership also hid hundreds of pages of Crossfire Hurricane documents and attempted to destroy them.

Here are Comey’s notes referring to Hillary’s health and John Brennan’s plan to tie candidate Trump to Russia.

Earlier this year, Kash Patel told Joe Rogan he found the documents.  Real Clear Politics shared:

FBI Director Kash Patel told Joe Rogan during an interview published Friday that he found a “room that Comey and others hid from the world in the Hoover Building” filled with “documents and hard drives that no one had ever seen or heard of.”

“My guys are going through that right now,” he said. “What’s in there? A lot of stuff.”

“People are like, ‘Well, okay, go arrest him.’ And I’m like, ‘Okay, well, how about you let me run a methodical investigation while I give over information?'”

“Why would they write everything down?” Rogan asked.

“They’re so arrogant,” Patel said. “They think, ‘No one’s going to catch us. I’m going to write everything down. We’re going to put it in a lock box. We’re going to put it in a vault, and no one’s going to find it. Well, guess what? I found the vault, and now I’m going to work.”

Comey is really in some trouble now.

  2. Right under the getting Trump were notes about her health which was obviously failing – I wonder where the notes about Biden are. They put him out in front and his appearance told the story

      • Possibly, however this document tranche added to the exhibits attached to the DOJ's response to Comey's motion to disqualify and/or dismiss puts Judge O'Connor in a real bind.

        • You are right, there is a lot of evidence but I don’t think the deep state judges are afraid.

          They continue with their activist lawfare with no repercussions so far…

          • When it starts coming out they will shy away from the crazy rulings. The judicial coup only survives when these cowardly partisans are protected. Grand juries and indictments scare them.

  24. Congress needs to propose a law that bans the shredding or burning of ANY DOCUNENTS what-so-ever between Election Day and Presidential inauguration as Secretary Confirmation and swearing in. The damage done by destruction of documents during that period is irreversible.

    • Trump fired Comey while Comey was in LA giving a speech.

      I don't think Comey was allowed to go back into the building, so he didn't have the opportunity to destroy records.

    • It relates to Comey's statement under oath to Congress that he had no knowledge that Hillary wanted to (falsely) tie Trump to Russian collusion. That is what he is indicted for.

    • Chain of custody only applies AFTER law enforcement is in possession of the evidence. It's not about how the evidence was handled before they took possession.

      So in this case, they explain when and where they found the evidence, and how it was handled thereafter. If Comey wants to claim that it is not his note, he is free to make that claim, bring in a handwriting expert, etc. to challenge it.

    • Sorry for the reality check. An arrest is worthless if the investigation/evidence doesn't support the arrest and lead to a conviction. I'm as frustrated as the next guy but if you want Comey behind bars there has to be a comprehensive investigation.

    • There is not a matter for a military tribunal.
      Nor should we want that.
      It's not like the military brass can't be politically motivated. Austin and Milley are recent examples.

    • Please look up the White Water investigation, run by Comey. ABC news clip from, I believe, 2002 or somewhere around that time.
      Comey talked about No reasonable prosecutor would prosecute. Where have I heard that since then.

Staff who have been instructed to "get rid of" or "destroy" records, will sometimes NOT follow illegal instructions from their bosses and instead deliberately "mis-file" or put sensitive files in a hidden location to (1) save their job, and (2) not break the law. I believe this happened at the agency.

    What I believe I know of Kash, having watched him the last 4 or 5 years and reading and listening to him multiple times. This pressure seems to correspond to the facts he's turning up and investigating.

    Until I see the results of this hidden info, it's hard to say which way Kash leans. My gut says he's on the up and up. And he's not happy with the DoJ, especially Todd Blanche, that Alex talks so much about.

    I think Alex is missing something in all of this, but of course I could be wrong.

The first thing that Comey is going to do is to sue the minion that was put in charge of the burn bags and failed to burn them. Was this a disgruntled agent that knew what was in the burn bags and decided to 'store' them instead of throwing them in the incinerator? Comey is now able to sue because 'dereliction of duty'. At the speed that the US justice system works those of us that are interested in this will all be dead and buried by the time it gets to the SCOTUS. Don't hold your breath for the outcome. In legal parlance expect the 'contemporaneous' notes that were 'discovered' to be ruled as 'inadmissable' and therefore thrown out in which case Comey and the rest of the co-conspiritors will walk away, laughing all the way to the end of their retirement packages.

    • Comey can't sue the "minion" because his duty was to the organization, not to Comey.

      The note is most likely admissible because it is probative of the issue — Comey's knowledge. Comey can challenge its authenticity, (through a handwriting expert, for example) but that would be a question for the jury.

Comey obviously did not see his firing coming or he would have made sure those docs we destroyed.
