The FBI Raid of Tina Peters’ Home was the Manufactured Predicate for Entrapping Her on Fraudulent Colorado Charges
Guest post by Martel Maxim
Former Mesa County, Colorado Election Clerk Tina Peters broke no State or Federal Laws by backing up her Election Management Server (EMS) hard drive, having it analyzed, and even publishing the results. If she had, the full force of Federal and State laws would have legally come down on her for doing so, especially during the Biden administration.
In other words, not one State or Federal charge resulted from Tina’s actions backing up her county’s server. Because they had NOTHING, Colorado (likely at the behest of the DOJ) had to manufacture imaginary felonies and misdemeanors against Clerk Peters, followed up by keeping her from presenting any exculpatory evidence to defend herself at her trial against those manufactured charges. Does this remind you of what they did to President Trump?
When recalling the lawfare of ‘Special Counsel’ Jack Smith and NY ‘Attorney General’ Letitia James against President Trump, you can see how they managed to parlay zero evidence of any wrongdoing into about 700 years of potential jail time against the President. With Tina Peters, they pulled off a 9 year prison sentence, enough time to potentially silence her for good. But still, no laws were broken by Clerk Peters in backing up her county’s elections results, or again, they would have crucified her ‘6 ways from Sunday’.
Amazingly, a few hundred miles away in Elbert County, Colorado, another EMS hard drive copy was made by Election Clerk Dallas Schroeder that contained the same secrets which were revealed by Tina Peters. Dallas was not charged with anything, because he handed over his county’s EMS hard drive to the thug SOS Jena Griswold who assisted the Deep State in covering up election malfeasance. Had Dallas not complied by handing over his EMS hard drive copy, it’s likely he also would have been raided by the weaponized FBI, and would be in prison now. It’s easy to see how none of these persecutions had anything to do with any laws, it was all designed to keep the “Gold Standard Election” myth intact at all costs.
But hey, wait a minute! Isn’t it extremely obvious this was a FEDERAL ISSUE because the FBI raided Tina’s home?
Had it been a Colorado issue, local law enforcement would have performed the raid instead. Also, Tina was preserving federal (and state) election records that were intentionally (and illegally) deleted at the direction of that corrupt SOS long before it was legal to do so. This entire thing is upside down and inside out.
Also, if this was ‘only a Colorado issue’, why were US Attorney General Merrick Garland and the Director of the FBI, Christopher Wray, participating in initial Mesa County discussions via Webex regarding the findings of Clerk Peters and her actions related to those findings? Sadly, it’s obvious they were only devising ways to entrap and frame her in a spider web of lawfare to bring her down.
Two other incidental ‘tidbits’ about how the full force of the federal government was directly applied to those associated with Tina’s situation are these; locally, Tina’s associate Sherronna Bishop’s home was raided by the FBI. ‘My Pillow’ CEO Mike Lindell was also targeted by the FBI, and they confiscated his phone while he was traveling in Minnesota. Do these sound like federal or state actions?
The official statement was “ The Mesa County District Attorney’s Office and the Colorado Attorney General’s Office assisted the FBI in the operation, which was described by Mesa County spokesperson Stephanie Reecy as “federally-authorized law enforcement actions into potential criminal activity by employees of the Mesa County Clerk and Recorder’s Office and others associated with those employees.” Read all about it HERE.
It’s simple to see how this was absolutely a federal Issue they launched with federal raids (that they conveniently ignore now), as they attempt to continue to deceptively frame this entire situation as a Colorado issue. It’s easier to believe that the riots in LA were ‘Peaceful Protests’. In other words, nothing could be further from the truth. It’s time to end this entire charade that exemplifies Tina as the villain, instead of the real hero she truly is. Watch “Selection Code” at https://tinapeters.us/ (links from dropdown menu).
Pundits and legal experts claim that Tina Peters cannot be pardoned by President Trump because it’s a state issue. However, there is a good argument that this was a federal issue from the beginning because the efforts leading up to Tina’s arrest included meetings at the highest level of Federal Law enforcement, and the documented FBI raids noted above. Also remember, she was acting as a federal agent preserving federal election records in accordance with 52USC20701 when she backed up records in her county.
Please step up now DOJ, and free Tina Peters, you have all the cards.
Let’s open up the files that show all internal discussions between Garland, Wray, Colorado Governor Polis, AG Weiser, SOS Griswold, Mesa County DA Rubinstein and probably even Judge Matthew Barrett. These evil actors from the last administration must be immediately held to account, as Tina has been their scapegoat for way too long. These people were instrumental in the overthrow of the United States, period.
Tina Peters should not be forced to endure another day in prison because of their evil and deliberate malfeasance.
This is idiotic man, even for you. There are many, many, many times that a given crime has both federal and state jurisdiction. Just because a case could be prosecuted at either level doesn’t mean it has to be, nor does one venues jurisdiction overrides the others. Often states will give preference to the feds if they want the first crack at it, but states regularly come in after, or if the feds decide not to move forward.
Trump has jurisdiction over federal courts and federal convictions, not states. Tina was sentenced in the state jurisdiction, and a simultaneous federal jurisdiction that was not even pursued doesn’t give trump jurisdiction in the state.
For a bunch of people who are descended from the great states rights movement conversativies, you lot have sure jumped onto the bandwagon of complete federal authoritarian control. It’s scary.
This is the kind of dumb assery you get though when your only legal council is someone like Clements.
Hey legal genius, it’s “Counsel”, not “Council”.

Oh wow, you annihilated my whole argument with a grammar correction!

If you look at this entire situation, transparency is the biggest issue. Where are the records? Finding the basis for the raid is the root of this issue. Public exposure of what Tina Peters had is based on a required Federal Regulation, yet years after the Court put Tina in prison, it’s not public.
The Colorado Secretary of State’s office maintained that Peters’ actions were not a lawful means of preserving records, and the court upheld this interpretation. Yet, retention of voting records under Federal Law is a requirement, not under State Jurisdiction. The claim that excluding this evidence prevented the jury from understanding her role as a whistleblower, uncovering election irregularities. Peters was justified in doing whatever she needed to back up election records under Federal Law, while the State was taking action to destroy the documents.
The case against Tina was a sham.
