BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: Orange County Makes Things Worse in Response to HUGE 2024 Election Discrepancies

There are many questions with the 2024 Election results in Orange County and when attempting to address these material issues Orange County made things worse.

President Trump crushed it in the 2024 Election. It was a wipeout. He won everything. Then slowly over the past few weeks since the election, the results for Senate and House seats across the country were marginalized to the point where they are today.

Perhaps no area of the country ended up with more questionable results than Orange County, California. This conservative county, for example, voted for Kamala Harris even though she is hated across the state. The numbers made no sense.

Five of six US House seats in the county went blue but this includes over 300,000 questionable ballots. These questionable results impact not only the county, but also the country.

Here is what was shared on Sunday:

BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: HUGE Ballot Discrepancies Uncovered in Orange County, CA that Could Flip Multiple US House Seats

In response to this article, the Registrar of Voters from Orange County, Bob Page, responded in the comments section of the article suggesting that we were just misreading the data. However, per a review of his comments, he only made things worse.

The first item to note, is that Page never addresses the comments at the beginning of the article. We reported that the livestream in place in the county’s counting center was shut down on the Friday evening after the election while counting was going on. We shared:

Later we learned that the livestream of the facility was taken down when the facility was being searched for a bomb.  We don’t know who made the call to shut down the livestream feed of Orange County’s election counting facility on Friday night the 8th. Per discussions with LEO’s with decades of service, the livestream provided an eye on the operations while the search of the facility was going on. Shutting down the livestream put the lives of many in peril while placing a question on the results from that time going forward. We don’t know what happened when the livestream went down and we no longer can verify that ballots weren’t tampered with via the livestream at that time.

None of this was addressed by Mr. Page. Who shut down the livestream and who sent the bomb threat to the county are still unknown. These are big questions left unanswered.

Page begins his comment by responding to our observation on voter turnout.

1. Page writes:

You are misreading the data on the County of Orange Registrar of Voter’s website. Below is an explanation for each data point you raised.

1. This resulted in an unbelievable voter turnout of 76.1%. (Any results in an election with voter turnout over 75% are suspect.)

[Page’s response] Voter participation is typically highest during the Presidential General Election. In 2020, the voter turnout was 87.3%.

Page may be correct but these numbers are not consistent with the rest of the country. In 2000 voter turnout across the country was 52.1%. It was 56.7% in 2004, 58.3% in 2008, 54.9% in 2012, 55.7% in 2016, and 60.8% in the bogus 2020 Election.

2. Page then shares this point:

2. The total number of votes for President when adding up the votes for all the candidates in the 2024 race in Orange County was only 1,391,307 votes (see below). This is 26,090 votes short of the number of ballots counted in the election. Where did these additional votes go? (Statement in article above).

[Page’s response] Voters are not required to vote in every contest on the ballot. Some voters did not mark a vote in the Presidential contest or voted for more than one candidate or voted for an unqualified write-in candidate.

This also occurred in the 2024 Presidential Primary Election when there were more votes cast in the U.S. Senate Election than the political party Presidential nomination contests combined.

We looked at the 2020 election and it appears that this number is consistent.

3. Page then addresses a third point:

3. Orange County also provides information on the number of individuals eligible to vote and active (having voted in the most recent elections). This report (below) shows 1,901,528 active voters in the county. This is 40,078 voters more than the number of registered voters reported by the county in the reports above (1,861,450).

[Page’s response] In compliance with California law, the number of registered voters included on the Election Results report is the number of active voters in the county by the registration deadline 15 days before Election Day (which was October 21, 2024). As of last night (December 8, 2024), there are now 1.9 million active registered voters in the county.

What Page is saying is that this difference is due to timing. In a month and a half since the 2024 Election there were more than 40,000 records added to the Orange County voter rolls. This is a 2% increase in a very short time and it appears excessive.

4. Page then addresses a significant point:

4. This report (below) shows 2,186,561 ballots issued in the county. This includes vote-by-mail ballots and military and overseas ballots. This is 325,111 ballots more than the number of registered voters reported by the county in the first report above (1,861,450).

[Page’s response] The first number of ballots issued (2,186,561) was taken from OCROV’s Data Central page of its website also includes in-person ballots.

All voters were mailed a ballot. Then some of those requested a replacement vote-by-mail ballot they were issued or checked in at a Vote Center and were issued an in-person ballot.

So what Page is saying is that 325,000 ballots were given to voters when they voted in person at a vote location. First of all, is this number reasonable? But more importantly, do they give every voter who wants to vote in person a new ballot? Do they not have to turn in their mail-in ballot?

This is a major control weakness. How can Orange County determine whether or not a person has already voted using their mail-in ballot when they arrive in person. The risk of duplicate votes in this situation is very high. This information is alarming.

5. Page then shared this comment:

5. Also, a comparison between the number of ballots counted versus the number of ballots received has a material discrepancy. The number of ballots counted is noted in the first chart above (1,417,397). However, according to Orange County’s own report, the number of ballots returned to the county is 1,108,281 ballots. This means 309,116 ballots were counted more than the number of ballots returned is less than the number of ballots counted in the county.

[Page’s response] The first number (1,417,397) was taken from OCROV’s Election Results Report, which includes VBM ballots and Vote Center ballots (including CVR/Provisional ballots). This number is taken from the voting system which counts the number of ballots counted based on the number of ballot A cards scanned.

The second number (1,108,281) is taken from OCROV’s Data Central page of its website, which clearly states it is only VBM ballots returned. It does not include Vote Center ballots. This number is taken from voter participation information on our election management system.

Page is correct that the report included in the article shows that the second number above (1,108,281) “clearly states it is only VBM ballots returned”. However, when you run a report today from Orange County’s system for ballots returned that includes VBM and in person votes, it is the same number.

What is going on in Orange County?

  1. Voting in Orange County and the entire state of California is as crooked as a dog’s hind legs!!! No further counting of votes should even be allowed after midnight on Election Day. Why is this allowed? What is the actual law? It’s just ASKING for cheating and it’s been happening over many election cycles. Notice that it’s always the Republican candidates that are edged out of their initial win. Just coincidence????????

  2. Joe:

Here are my responses to your latest questions:

    1. We reported that the livestream in place in the county’s counting center was shut down on the Friday evening after the election while counting was going on. None of this was addressed by Mr. Page. Who shut down the livestream and who sent the bomb threat to the county are still unknown. These are big questions left unanswered.

    Answer:
I provided you, using your website’s “Contact Joe” function, and two other reporters for The Gateway Pundit and Rebel News, who visited our office, answers to the livestream questions the day after the emailed bomb threat. I will repeat that information here:

The Orange County Registrar of Voters (OCROV) received a bomb threat by email on the evening on November 8, 2024. The Sheriff’s Department staff on site immediately took control of the scene. They informed us that we would be evacuated to allow the Sheriff’s bomb squad to search the County campus and our entire building.

We stopped processing ballots about 6:45 p.m., which was 15 minutes before our planned stop for the day. The Sheriff’s staff evacuated the observers first and then evacuated all OCROV staff to another building on the campus.

After about 20 minutes being isolated in another building, all OCROV staff were released to go home for the evening to return to work at 8 a.m. on November 9, 2024.

The Sheriff’s bomb squad completed its search before 8 p.m. on November 8, 2024.

The white vehicles mentioned in the original article were Sheriff’s Department vehicles.

The ballots always remained secure under the custody of the Sheriff’s Department. It is standard OCROV practice that two Sheriff’s deputies guard the building and ballots 24/7. That continued to be the case on the night of the bomb threat.

OCROV staff resumed processing vote-by-mail and provisional ballots on November 9, 2024 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with observers always present.

It is OCROV standard practice to stop broadcasting our livestream camera feed when we leave each night. Our livestream cameras were broadcasting when we stopped ballot processing, when the observers were escorted out, and when ROV staff started to leave. The livestream camera system only broadcasts when turned on and does not record.

OCROV has a separate security camera system.

Regarding who emailed the bomb threat to OCROV and many other county elections offices throughout California, the OC Sheriff’s Department issued a press release on November 12, 2024 that in part said:

“An investigation into the origin of the bomb threat is underway by OC Sheriff’s North Investigations unit. Preliminary information indicates the email came from a server overseas. At this time, it is believed that many other counties were subject to the same threat at the same time, and any information obtained regarding the origin of the threat will be shared with local and federal authorities.”

That press release can be viewed at https://ocsheriff.gov/news/department-statement-regarding-election-security.

    Answer:
Are the national numbers you are reporting based on the percentage of eligible adults who cast a ballot or the percentage of active registered voters who cast a ballot? California reports voter turnout as a percentage of active registered voters who cast a ballot.

    3. What Page is saying is that this difference is due to timing. In a month and a half since the 2024 Election there were more than 40,000 records added to the Orange County voter rolls. This is a 2% increase in a very short time and it appears excessive.

    Answer:
Given that 38,804 provisional ballots were cast in this election in Orange County, the vast majority of which were the result of same-day conditional voter registrations at Vote Centers, I do not consider the registration increase since October 21 to be excessive.

    Answer:
OCROV only processes one ballot from each voter. If a voter attempts to cast a second ballot, the second ballot is challenged/rejected. Voters who attempt to cast more than one ballot are referred to the OC District Attorney for investigation and possible prosecution for voter fraud.

California elections law does not require voters to turn in the ballots mailed to them in order to be issued a new in-person ballot if the county elections official can verify the voters did not cast their vote-by-mail ballots. See Elections Code section 3015

Orange County’s use of an electronic voter roster on poll books gives OCROV the ability to confirm whether a voter checking in at a Vote Center already cast a vote-by-mail ballot or an in-person ballot at Vote Center anywhere in the county.

    5. Page is correct that the report included in the article shows that the second number above (1,108,281) “clearly states it is only VBM ballots returned”. However, when you run a report today from Orange County’s system for ballots returned that includes VBM and in person votes, it is the same number.

    Answer:
You have identified a labeling error on the Ballots Returned page of OCROV’s website. The line under “Breakdown of countywide turnout” has been corrected to say “Vote-by-mail ballots.”

    Bob Page
    Registrar of Voters
    County of Orange

    • Mr. Page. – You never answered Mr. Hoft’s first question. Why were the camera’s turned off while counting was still going on? Your answer surreptitiously rolls standard actions for stopping processing each night into actions supposably taken during the evacuation. Based on that I have two questions;
      1. Why would video cameras be shutoff during a bomb evacuation (It’s not necessary and therefore unsafe)? 2. How did you ensure personnel evacuating the building did not carry contraband to the other building?

I will stop here because your 2,3,4 and 5 answers are like your first, which is word smithed grammatical gymnastic efforts on your part to rabbit hole any possible actions by Americans to get to the bottom of election fraud.

P.S. The Orange County Sheriff’s Bomb Squad can typically be on scene for several hours

      • I am suspicious about the counting also. However, it seems obvious to me why the livestream was shut down before they searched for any bombs. You would not want the bomber watching while the search was going on. If the bomb was able to be denoted by remote it would aid the bomber in killing as many people as possible.
If you look at the 2018 election you will see OC did the same thing and it stinks to high heaven. Our elections are a disaster. Every industry except one has benefitted from computerized recordkeeping. Voting is the only industry that is worse since computerization. It needs to be fixed.

      • The livestream cameras were not turned off while ballots were being processed.

I said: “Our livestream cameras were broadcasting when we stopped ballot processing, when the observers were escorted out, and when ROV staff started to leave.”

The livestream cameras were turned off as we were being escorted out of our building by the Sheriff’s Department.

We only livestream when we are processing ballots.

There is a separate security camera system that is always on and that stayed on while the Sheriff’s Department swept and cleared the building

      • Mr. Ennis:

Regarding your second question, all OCROV staff members were escorted out of our building to an adjacent building by the Sheriff’s Department. The Sheriff’s Department team permitted OCROV staff to first grab their personal belongings before leaving the building since their work was done for the day, and they would be allowed to go home once the Sheriff’s Department released us.

We did not search their personal belongings that night, nor do we ever search the personal belongings of staff.

  3. Thanks Joe for your report! After the 2016 Presidential Election I was so pissed at how many votes Hillary got in California I downloaded nearly 120 years of California Presidential election results and found they were getting worse since 2000. A couple years later I heard Catherine Englebrecht state the same thing and I knew my analysis was right. These elections no longer follow any of California’s historical results and they need to be thrown out!!

  4. Respectfully, it’s Mr. Pages responsibility to answer my question as to whether he was following standard procedures or emergency procedures and I believe it’s critical to Mr. Hofts investigation that we know that answer. Also respectfully, your hypothesis does not reflect an understanding or training in these matters so I would suggest you wait and see what answers may be forthcomimg. On your comment on voting as “computerized” I suggest you research the state of Texas review on/around 2018 of the system I will leave nameless (Voldemort). They were the only state I know of who properly used their IT security experts as part of their acquisition process and decided not to acquire the voting system mainly because it didn’t follow proper IT security standards.

  5. I knew when they said there was a bomb threat that the fix was in. I hope we can get voter reform and eliminate most vote-by-mail and machine counting. We need people who are accountable and know they will be held legally responsible all along the process so it can be verified who voted. Banks do it and we need to do the same. I don’t believe many voters would vote for Trump and reform and then not vote red down ticket. It is the most obvious answer, fraud, again.

  6. Why did it take so long for Michelle Steele’s re-election failure to be counted? My disabled granddaughter could have counted votes quicker and been accurate.
