BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: Jack Smith May Have Handed President Trump the Golden Key to Pardon Tina Peters

Jack Smith may have just handed President Trump the Golden Key to PARDON Tina Peters.

Guest post by Martel Maxim.

Jack Smith may have provided President Trump with the legal avenue to pardon Tina Peters.

An analysis of the recent release of data from the Arctic Frost documentation, which includes Jack Smith’s list of conservatives he spied on, reveals some shocking information.  The House Judiciary Committee began releasing a list of individuals whom Jack Smith and the Biden Administration illegally spied on.  One significant finding has emerged.

A smoking gun has surfaced in favor of President Trump’s legal avenue to pardon Colorado’s Tina Peters.

The Arctic Frost Document, an inventory of Americans spied on by Jack Smith, features a unique entry on page 101.  It is believed that this entry refers to Tina Peters.  In the list of those illegally spied on, there is a line that lists Mike Lindell, and it includes a reference to “Mesa County”.

Mike Lindell was involved with Tina Peters for some time.  He invited Tina to his first symposium in South Dakota.  That was the first time we heard of Tina, a county clerk from Mesa County, Colorado, in charge of elections.  She shared at Mike’s symposium in South Dakota that she had identified altered results in her election systems after a recent election.  This was shocking news and the highlight of that first symposium.  There are countless articles linking Mike Lindell to Tina Peters and the election fraud she discovered IN Mesa County.

Tina Peters was later indicted in a Colorado state court and indicted on bogus charges and put away for 9 years.  President Trump is unable to pardon her because he lacks the authority to pardon a state crime.  No President to date has pardoned someone for a state crime.  However, if her case in Colorado was managed or significantly impacted by individuals who were part of the federal government, then some believe that President Trump could pardon Tina.

Before today, there was ample evidence that the federal government under Biden was involved in the Tina Peters case. There is an argument that if the federal government led the effort, directed it, or was a significant part of the effort to indict and imprison Tina Peters, it would give President Trump the ability to pardon her.

The Biden Regime’s involvement in Tina Peters Case

The FBI issued a statement almost immediately after Peters came forward, stating that they would investigate her for potential violations of federal laws. The Biden regime never formally prosecuted Tina, but it appears that Biden’s Department of Justice was working closely with local Colorado officials who sought to put Peters in jail. The Mesa County District Attorney, Dan Rubinstein, included Matthew Kirsh, the United States Attorney for Colorado in a May 17, 2022, email to multiple District Attorneys across Colorado. The email is titled “Rule 3.8 Meeting” which appears to reference the rules of professional conduct for prosecutors. (https://www.justice.gov/usao-co/meet-us-attorney, https://www.cobar.org/Portals/COBAR/Repository/12.1.22/Rule%203.8%20-%20Special%20Responsibilities%20of%20a%20Prosecutor.pdf?ver=h4k_BG_0T1kn7Rdgo8sLiQ%3D%3D )

Email from Dan Rubinstein to DOJ attorney and Colorado District Attorneys, apparently brainstorming how to appear legitimate and ethical while prosecuting Tina Peters

The email suggests that Rubinstein was having some trouble reconciling the prosecution of Tina Peters with prosecutors’ rules of professional conduct and had to call in the cavalry to help him brainstorm ways to avoid being “accused of wrongdoing.”

Mesa County District Attorney Dan Rubinstein

First, Rubinstein appears to recognize that there is no precedent for the prosecution he wants to undertake, as he expresses a desire that this group of legal minds start writing opinions and issuing guidance documents in the vein of the Colorado Bar Association (CBA) and the Colorado District Attorneys’ Council (CDAC). Without a coherent legal pathway for prosecution, it appears that Rubinstein encouraged this course of action to provide prosecutors with cover. Second, Rubinstein notes that it is problematic that they have no formal appointments from a government body to lay the groundwork to prosecute Peters. Third, Rubinstein informs the group of their need to anticipate defending themselves as to why they didn’t seek an opinion on Peter’s case from the Colorado Bar Association Ethics Commission. Rubinstein and his cronies appear to have succeeded in giving their efforts the veneer of legitimacy because three months after this email was sent, Peters was indicted by a grand jury. Another glaring piece of evidence that the federal government led the Tina Peters case is that if this was ‘only a Colorado issue’, why were US Attorney General Merrick Garland and the Director of the FBI, Christopher Wray, participating in initial Mesa County discussions via Webex regarding the findings of Clerk Peters and her actions related to those findings?

We also know that the full force of the federal government was directly applied to those associated with Tina’s situation in that the FBI raided Tina’s home.

In addition, Tina’s associate Sherronna Bishop’s home was also raided by the FBI.

Also, ‘My Pillow’ CEO Mike Lindell was also targeted by the FBI, and they confiscated his phone while he was traveling in Minnesota.  These were federal actions.  He was communicating with Tina Peters and offered her his support.

Peters was convicted of first-degree official misconduct, violation of duty, and identity theft.

The official statement behind Tina Peters’ indictment included mention of the federal government,

The Mesa County District Attorney’s Office and the Colorado Attorney General’s Office assisted the FBI in the operation, which was described by Mesa County spokesperson Stephanie Reecy as “federally-authorized law enforcement actions into potential criminal activity by employees of the Mesa County Clerk and Recorder’s Office and others associated with those employees.”  Read all about it HERE.

It’s easy to see that the federal government was involved in this case and that the federal actions noted above, like the raids (that they conveniently ignore now), indicate that this was much more than a Colorado issue.  (See Tina Peters story and watch “Selection Code” at https://tinapeters.us/ (links from dropdown menu)).

In July, Joe Hoft was on OAN with Dan Ball, and he mentioned that there is an avenue for President Trump to pardon Tina Peters.  If the federal government was behind her arrest and her indictments, or if they ran the operation against Tina, there is good reason to believe that this was a federal operation.  This would open an avenue for President Trump to pardon Tina Peters.  This was based on a discussion with a top attorney in the Trump Administration.

Now we know that “Mesa County” and Mike Lindell were on the Jack Smith Arctic Frost document.  This may be enough for a Trump pardon.

  1. Pardon Tina Peters immediately, and get her release ASAP. Then just wait for the BS lawsuits
    by the scum democraps.

    • I heard Tina is held in extremely cold temperatures. That is cruel and unusual punishment and needs to end immediately. I fear she won't last much longer.

  2. Her case involves 'concurrent jurisdiction' because of federal law requiring election results to be kept for 22 months. Because of the Article 6 Supremacy Clause Trump can pardon her but a better result would be clemency because she's not guilty and then prosecute the dirty MF ers that conspired to destroy her life.

  3. Wouldn't it be possible to offer Tina federal whistle blower status for the federal election crimes that she witnessed/uncovered? And then disappear her into the witness protection program while the details are hashed out?

  4. How about stop the BS and send in US Marshall, Marine, Secret Service or whomever. How about withhold every dollar going to Colorado. How about indict the judge and prosecutor. How about appointing the idiot Mike Davis get her out. Stop talking and do something today. I love Trump but he is a complete POS on this woman. Do an executive order.

  5. Inform everybody involved in the prosecution and malicious treatment in prison that if she dies in prison due to their mistreatment they will be charged with murder.

  6. Trump’s DOJ has failed to charge Secretary of State Griswold for any of her election law violations from 2020 through 2024. I believe that the statute of limitations has been allowed to expire on some of them. His stated desire to help Tina Peters rings hollow.

  7. I am not sure how Mesa County DA Rubenstein can sleep at night while Tina is sitting in prison not far from his sorry, conniving a**.

  8. HOW FORTUNATE, ARE WE UNITED STATES CITIZENS,
FOR HAVING BEEN EXPOSED TO THE LOWLIFES
WHO MAN THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT, AND THE FBI.
THAT THERE ARE THOSE WHO FOUND IT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY,
TO SEARCH FOR A REASON, TO LEGALLY ATTACK A PUBLIC OFFICIAL
FOR DOING HER JOB, IS ASTOUNDING !
BOTH THE DOJ, AND THE FBI, MUST BE DISMANTLED,
AND REPLACED … IF THEY ARE EVEN NECESSARY.
I FEAR THESE ORGANIZATIONS, WHO HAVE BEHAVED SO UNETHICALLY.
    AMERICAN GOVERNMENT WAS NEVER INTENDED,
TO FUNCTION, AS THESE TWO AGENCIES HAVE.
    GOD HELP US ALL !

  9. This is the silliest group of idiots I've ever seen doing this to that woman. Are there no adults in politics? None? Release her.

  10. Well please pardon Tina Peters ASAP because there is ample evidence the Federal Government was involved in her case. I made 2 phone calls to La Vista Women's Prison today asking for a welfare check and medical verification that she is not ill because of a persistent cough – she previously had cancer and it started with a cough. It is imperative that America/Trump rescue this patriot. Thank You For Your Attention To This Matter.

  11. Seems pretty cut and dry that if the prosecutors used evidence collected from the FBI raid to help prosecute Tina that it would come under Federal jurisdiction and thereby make Tina eligible for a Presidential pardon.

    • It DOES seem cut-and-dried, but this Federal involvement story broke months ago and Tina is still in prison.
      This is EXTORTION NATION.
Nothing gets done unless the string-pullers say it gets done.

  12. U can't tell me da co scum have not committed a crime Blondie can indict em for.
    .
If they ain't got da balls then Trump needs to put her into witness protection in a Trump Tower and supply her with da best doctors!

  13. Most of the country would love to see Tina freed and those responsible for her persecution suffer some serious consequences..

    • This story gets much broader when you consider the underlying Election Fraud that Tina uncovered and brought us. Griswold, Bennett, Hickenlooper, Polis, the DAs and Judges, State and County Officials, and their staffs, are ALL CROOKS, all conspiracists, all RICO. Then there is the connections to other states (AZ eg.), Elias, and the Federal Government (DOJ, eg). Then there is the money maze that paid for all this (Soros paid Secretaries of State, AGs, and DAs, eg). Griswold still hasn't complied wit the DOJ Subpoena for election data, she can't because she deleted it all. Tina's evidence thereof will bring the entire organization down.

      • There was obvious fraud in certain districts/counties.
Each had their own particular method?
        That most opportune sewer leak?
The white van at 3 am?
Ruby running the same ballots through the scanners three times?
The paper on the windows of the counting room?
        Thousands of identical-mass-produced ballots?

      • I watched Tina's sentencing debacle several times. If 'judge' Matthew Barrett doesn't get to do his own prison time over this travesty, then none of us Americans should ever trust our government again.

  14. Look at the high level of effort the government goes to to continue the charade that elections are real.
Just the fact that they would spend months of high-level effort to put one old lady in prison for the crime of backing up the election database. How dare she get her fingers on their fraudulent system.

  15. Helpful clue for Libbies: If you and your cronies need to “brainstorm how to appear legitimate and ethical,” you’re actually illegitimate, unethical clowns.

    Sad clowns, at that.

  16. Sounds like a uphill battle but greater miracles have been achieved and i sincerely hope this works out for her.

  17. Trump may not have the authority to pardon her but I would hope Colorado doesn't receive on dime of federal tax money while Tina is a political prison. I would also hope everyone involved in incarcerating her are getting an anal IRS audit and I would have to believe Colorado could be found in violation of a few Federal regulations that it could be made an example of. President Trump has plenty of options to make Jena Griswold and everyone else involved lives miserable. Put the screws to them!

    • It might be worth a try symbolically, but the Colorado officials aren't going to honor it. At most, it would go through lengthy court battles.

And it's unlikely to be successful because having the feds assist in a state criminal investigation does not turn the charges she was eventually convicted of into federal charges.

      • When the courts are compromised, justice is perverted, and the entire political system is corrupt, It calls for military action to arrest and prosecute all involved. Federalize the Colorado National Guard, take fed agents in and free her, NOW.
But that would take BOLD ACTION from this administration. We have not witnessed much of that. Complacency is not why we voted for Trump.

  18. The federal government shouldn't give colorado another cent until Tina is released. Shes a,gold star mother that was exposing real election fraud and was railroaded by a corrupt judge and prosecutors who should be the ones in jail. It makes me sick Republican politicians have been letting her rot in jail!

  19. Trump needs to pardon her now and the DOJ should go after that crooked POS judge that sentenced her along with the prosecutors and every crooked politician in colorado that put an innocent gold star mother in jail

    • Please throw 'judge' Matthew Barrett in there too. He didn't allow Tina to even defend herself. He berated and insulted her, then he jubilantly sentenced a 70 yr old patriot to 9 years in prison.

  20. If I were President, I would have sent the FBI./Guard/Military to Mesa on day one and gotten her out. Arrested the governor, SOS, and anyone else involved while there. Then I would have exposed every record that Tina saved on national TV.

  21. This is just a reminder of just how evil the Deep state is and it not just Democrat or Republican , . It is a group of Progressives from both parties .

  22. Wouldn't make any difference! That is a State charge and the feds can't do anything about it. Not to mention that even if he did somehow snake it around to give her a pardon, they change the charges in the state proceeding and put her back in. This is happening all over the place now just to get back at Trump and you can scream DOUBLE JEOPARDY until your brain explodes but the courts that are doing this dirty don't give a damn about the law.

  23. Freeing Tina Peters would amount a hard backhand slap to the Left cheek of the soulless coloradians faces. Let them eat cornbread.

  24. " Rubinstein "

Are we allowed to notice the pattern yet?
It seems like every time the curtain is lifted on subversive acts against our Republic, they keep showing up. Disproportionately to an insane degree.

    • "He shall have Power to grant reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United STATES"- doesn't say just in federal cases.

  25. Well what was done "localy" to Tina Peters was supposedly done at the state level specifically to prevent Trump from being able to pardon against state laws. These criminal AGs and SoS Jenna Griswald are some hard core traitors and criminals. I pray God can make this right and save Tina out of this unjustice. The political injustice that is still going on in this country is absolutely disgusting. And Tina Peters was backing up voter log data before SoS Griswold and other corrupt officials could destroy it or manipulate it. They have been stealing our votes, our tax money and our country.

    • It's so obvious what happened to Tina, so the question remains…. what does it take to get our gov officials to prosecute these crimes and fraud? Is there no one left in gov with morals and integrity? And if that's the case what are 'we the people' going to do about it?

      • It is terrible and disgusting. And here we are 5 years later and still wondering if people even care about justice.

  26. If I remember right, the FBI that came to Mike Lindell to take his cell phone said this was related to Mesa County.

  27. This explains my question as to why she wasn’t the very first to get a pardon. What an amazing patriot she is. She also raised a child that give their life for the good of their country. I hope to one day shake her hand at a minimum. If able to hug her would bring tears to my eyes.

  28. It would be nice to Jagoff Smith get the full karma treatment after playing tough guy in the legal playground for years. Just a massive douche in a suit. That whistle ya hear? Got your name on it!

  29. What the DOJ should do is charge Tina Peters with a federal crime. Apparently the Feds were involved. Then move her to a federal prison outside Colorado – someplace warm like Texas or Florida.

    • I don't know, but that would take BOLD ACTION from this administration. We have not witnessed much of that. How can we get Trump and Bondi to listen to the will of the American people? That's the problem.

  30. Send in the U.S. Marshals to immediately extricate her as a material witness for Arctic Frost conspiracy, fly her back to Mar-a Lago under witness protection.

  31. This was no different than the Federal government's collusion with Alvin Bragg and other State Prosecutors who went after Trump.

  32. If something does not go her way very soon she will die in there. Why do the evil people keep winning. It's their reward in this life.

  33. Whatever happened to prosecuting state officials for violating the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights? Arrest those who were behind her imprisonment and then get her released. Just because it's a state issue doesn't give them the right to illegally persecute her.

Also, for the trolls, don't even bother replying. You'll just get reported and blocked.

  34. Set her free… Jail the thugs in Colorado.
Colorado politicians, (along with the "Biden" (Obama 3.0) administration are incredibly corrupt.

  35. The Biden administration and the democrats are pure evil. They ruined a lot of lives covering up a stolen election.

  36. Compassionate release is BOP standard as Tina is ill. If that's not enough, and apparently it isn't, then have to go federal relief….there's an option. Time to take it. Tina is a Patriot.

  38. I want to know if Mesa County Sheriff Todd Rowell deputies were involved in investigating Tina Peters since her post was COUNTY.

My interest? My father's father, by adoption, was a Mesa County Sheriff Deputy during the nineteen sixties and his brother in law Ray Reese was Sheriff. I want to know if Todd Rowell disgraced that office and badge.

  39. The Constitution grants the President unlimited pardon power, and the Supreme Court has affirmed this power repeatedly. The founders based this power on the power of the monarch to pardon offenses at any level of government. Right now, states are improperly pursuing prosecution of alternate electors in violation of this established principle. The President should pardon Tina Peters and send US Marshals to free her from Colorado's prison.

  40. Why put someone in jail 9 years for exposing government voting fraud? Government destroys everything it controls, 90+% of government employees are DemoncRats – the apparatchiks
    of our Soviet oppressors,

  41. Dan Rubenstein and Matthew Kirsh are both tribe of Israel Marxist-Leninists who hate America as it is constituted in the same manner that Schumer, Schiff and Raskin do.

If Rubenstein and Kirsh colluded with Jenna Griswold and Jack Smith to jail Tina Peters, Bondi ought to throw the book at them.

  42. It's still state charges. President cannot pardon state charges. If it were up to Trump she'd have been pardoned by now.

Is Joe Hoft missing the point or am I?

  43. The roots of the anti-American, anti- Christian democratic party need to be pulled out by every last one of its evil hairs.

  44. All well and good but Peters was jailed for FOLLOWING the Law while her persecutors broke it

Just do the right thing and issue the damn Pardon the Left will condemn it no mater what

  45. "President Trump is unable to pardon her because he lacks the authority to pardon a state crime."
Joe Biden's autopen lacked the authority to issue pre-emptive pardons. That didn't stop them.

  46. Get dirt on judge, prosecutor and AG!

They are dirty, check their offshore bank accounts, real estate and business dealings!

flood the governor desk with request for a pardon for Tina, Now!

My trucks won't deliver any goods to that state until those criminals are exposed and jailed!

    • Sorry ! but this was done decades ago, these two (and others, 1,000's of others) had a part in this and where finally exposed by AGENT ORANGE ! (President Trump), to the Average American and the rest of the World's Deplorables/Peon's/Plebeian, Lao Baixing………..

  47. The question: is it "legal" for a state prosecutor to solicit advice from the feds? If so, then we are back to square one. If not, then Pres Trump's admin needs to prove that is what happened, get the pardon out quickly, and then we should help fund Tina's 10 digit $ lawsuit against the State of CO.

    • The state of colorado AND those persons involved in the malicious persecution she has endured. Then go after the election crimes and the perpetrators.

  48. Such BS. Trump doesn’t need a GD thing to pardon her, except permission from Obama. Let’s face it. He’s still in charge.

  49. The Feds should have been sent – to get her into responsible custody months ago. Then you can figure out, how to get the legal issues figured out. A disgrace.

  50. Whatever it takes. Trump should withhold all federal funds from Colorado until Tina is released. And then indict every Colorado official who helped put her there!

  51. President Trump does not need justification for pardoning her or anyone. Democrat Presidents have pardoned more criminals and evil people than anything else.

  52. Trump, Bondi — will you go to Tina Peters funeral???

    Get off your asses.

    The feds HAVE LEVERAGE.

IMMEDIATELY go after those who are persecuting and torturing Tina Peters for
CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY to deprive her of her rights.
OBSTRUCTION of justice (tampering with evidence)
    and on and on.

THERE ARE MANY FEDERAL CRIMES THEY HAVE COMMITTED.

The feds need to get OFF THEIR ASSES AND —DO– SOMETHING….
or is some deep stater thinking Tina is going to die soon and that resolves the mess???

  53. Democrats are part of an evil cabal in America. They are no longer a political party, but a cult of hate, violence and anger at anybody who is successful in life. Not rich, but successful in being a good person that contributes to society positively.

  54. its to bad she isnt a criminal gang member or sex trafficker, then youd have an army of politicians there rioting, burning, demanding her release

  55. Are the people that prosecuted this innocent woman still walking free?
They should require security detail for the rest of their miserable lives while awaiting the judgement of God for what they have done.
