Across the country GOP Legislatures in Red States are being run by RINOs. How does this happen?
This epidemic was first really uncovered after the 2020 Election. Americans saw in red state after red state, bad actors were leading the GOP in legislatures in a manner that only helped Democrats and the destruction of America.
We saw again recently in the GOP House in Texas how the excellent AG in the state was attacked by RINOs in an attempt to remove him from office. It fortunately failed.
We saw Speaker of the Assembly in Wisconsin, Robin Vos, back the stolen election in 2020 and certify the fraudulent results for Joe Biden. We saw Secretary of State in Georgia Brad Raffensperger and Arizona GOP Speaker in Arizona Rusty Bowers certify fraudulent election results for Biden in 2020 as well.
How do these bad actors ever make it into leadership in these red states? Recent events in Missouri provide an example.
In 2021, prior to running for state representative in St. Charles County, outside of St. Louis, Justin Hicks was able to petition to have his past criminal record sealed in a very rushed fashion.
Hicks was elected as a Republican and once he made it to Jefferson City he sponsored bill HCS HB 1165, which amended Universal Commercial Code laws in Missouri and paved the way for a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC).
HCS HB 1165, written by a third party, would fundamentally change the financial definitions in Missouri’s Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) statutes, the comprehensive set of laws that govern ALL commercial transactions in the United States. This bill set up a framework for contract payments using digital currency — but ONLY that which the government authorizes. It redefined “money”, “person”, and over a dozen key financial terms and authorized biometrics and UNKOWN, emerging technologies.
A centralized, federal digital currency means the government could have complete control over ALL transactions — think vaccine passports.
This bill did not explicitly promote a Central Bank Digital Currency, it stated that the ONLY digital currency the UCC laws will legally recognize as “electronic payment” must be “issued by the government”.
To date, this bill has not passed.
After his efforts last year to push through his bill, Hicks was miraculously appointed as the vice chair to a newly formed special “Education Reform Committee.” The speaker of the house, Dean Plocher has full authority to form and appoint committees. Hicks’s appointment appears to be a reward for him carrying HB 1165 last year – Digital Currency Control Bill (Setting the Stage for CBDC).
This leads us to the 2024 Election.
Max Calfo was the former legislative assistant and at that time several local legislators and politicians were anonymously sent information about Hicks’ past. This prompted Calfo to dig further and obtain more information lawfully, via FOIA’s. Max was terminated for trying to expose Hicks’ criminal infractions, however the information was widely known throughout Jefferson City by then. Certainly not “private information.”
In the fall of 2023, Max Calfo announced that he would be running against Justin Hicks in the 2024 election. He launched his website that outlined all of Justin Hicks criminal infractions and lies that he campaigned on, including the misrepresentation of his military career, combat, and stature.
Upon launching Calfo’s campaign, The St. Louis Post Dispatch ran a hit piece further shining the light on Justin Hicks’ past.
Shortly after that article ran its course, Calfo and his treasurer were reportedly served with a lawsuit from Justin to silence them. The suit has been sealed and is locked down very tight. So much so that finding legal representation was difficult because attorney’s were not able to pull the petition.
The Missouri legislature, although led by Republicans is not as red as one would expect. This appears to be the case across the nation.
