BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: Firm Implicated in Child Trafficking Pipeline, MVM Inc, Is Connected to CIA, NSC, Secret Service and Henry Kissinger

Yesterday, a child trafficking pipeline was exposed.  The entity involved has connections to the CIA, Secret Service, Henry Kissinger and the NSA.

Muckraker has obtained exclusive never-before-seen footage of US federal government contractors escorting children across the country, possibly delivering them into the hands of human traffickers. At least one of these contractors is CIA-affiliated.

Every month, thousands of foreign children are trafficked into the United States. They are drugged and smuggled across the US-Mexico border, detained by border patrol, held in top-secret compounds, and finally, escorted to various locations across the country. Since 2021, 85,000 of these children have gone missing. This report exposes the entire child processing pipeline with irrefutable video evidence.

Through exclusive footage, whistleblower testimony, and other documentation, Muckraker has exposed how the United States federal government is facilitating the largest child trafficking ring in the world.

MSM was also exposed in a video trafficking children in 2019.

As the co-founder and CEO of MVM Inc., Dario Marquez Jr. oversaw hundreds of millions of dollars in federal contracts for work done everywhere from Iraq to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. In 2014, MVM won a contract now worth over $300 million to transport an influx of unaccompanied minors coming to the U.S. southern border.

Closer to his home in McLean, Marquez has contributed nearly half a million dollars to Democratic politicians and causes in Virginia over the past decade. Those politicians include Sen. Tim Kaine, for whom Marquez has served as a Finance Chairperson since 2012, and Gov. Ralph Northam, who invited Dario and his wife, Wendy, to a bill signing in May.

A small but vocal group of activists are calling for Democrats to stop taking Marquez’s cash, which they say is tainted by its association with inhumane immigration policies. They say MVM helps enable a broken system of detention, and is guilty of abuses itself. A July 2018 investigation by the investigative podcast Reveal found that MVM temporarily kept immigrant children overnight in a Phoenix office with no kitchen and only a few toilets.

Far-left Daily Beast reported on MVM Inc in May of 2021 when the Biden gang renewed contracts with the company.

The Biden administration has, in the past month, enlarged one contract and signed another entirely new one—worth a collective $136 million—with a controversial private security and intelligence firm for the transport of migrant families and unaccompanied minors in government custody. MVM, Inc., a company previously perhaps best known for acting as a contractor for the CIA and the NSA in Iraq, has in recent years become a major player in the U.S. government’s treatment of asylum-seekers, all the while inviting scrutiny for an apparently lax approach to the safety of those in its care. During the infamous 2018 family separation policy, MVM was found to be holding children, including some separated from their parents, in an abandoned Phoenix office building…

…In addition to many other federal contracts, since 2014 MVM has received hundreds of millions of dollars from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to ferry unaccompanied minors from the custody of Customs and Border Protection (CBP)—the enforcement agency that typically has initial custody of asylum-seekers arriving at the southern border—to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), which by law is responsible for caring for such minors.

On March 29, DHS exercised an option that more than doubled the size of its current contract for transport of children and families to a $128 million obligated amount, with the possibility of further expansions.

Experts on federal procurement policy said this reflected a conscious decision in the Biden administration to increase its business with MVM, likely to avoid the inconvenience of bidding out the job through the usual competitive process.

“They’re definitely continuing that contract,” said Laura Peterson, senior research advisor at the National Whistleblower Center and a former staffer on the Senate’s Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee. “The government can keep going back to the well over and over with these options or these modifications, and it’s easier for the government.”

Four days earlier, on March 25, MVM had signed a new contract with HHS for “staffing and resources necessary to arrange travel and escort for [unaccompanied children] in [Office of Refugee Resettlement] custody,” referencing the HHS sub-agency that oversees migrant minors. The description appears to state that the services will be performed in part at recently set-up emergency influx shelters in Dallas and Midland, Texas. The initial $20 million amount was expanded by $52 million on April 22 as a result of “additional work,” for a total of $72 million so far.

VPN reported that the firm was started by a former secret service agent who protected Henry Kissinger.

Dario Marquez was sworn in as an agent of the Secret Service in 1972 and  protected a roster of foreign and domestic leaders that included then-Secretary of State Henry Kissinger. Marquez and two other ex-Secret Service officials established MVM in 1979 in Anaheim, California before relocating it to Northern Virginia.

MVM began winning contracts to protect U.S. embassies. In 1987,  the State Department hired the firm to provide security at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow after an embassy guard was convicted of spying.

MVM grew rapidly in the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks and during the U.S. invasions of Iraq.  A 2008 Wall Street Journal article said the company “handled much of the Central Intelligence Agency’s and National Security Agency’s personal security in war zones.”

The current CEO of MVM is Kevin Marquez, the son of founder Dario.

The firm MVM has multiple job openings at its website for positions such as Youth Care Coordinator and Travel Analyst.

After making millions and maybe billions in the human trafficking industry, MVM is called out again.
