Attorney David Schoen has been fighting for inmate Michael Sessa for nearly three decades to get him out of prison. Schoen was recently featured on a podcast where he discussed Michael Sessa’s case, what happened, and why Michael Sessa deserves a pardon from President Trump.

The prosecutor in Michael’s case is none other than corrupt Andrew Weissmann. This was 34 years ago. Weissmann was a DOJ prosecutor then, withholding evidence from defendants and the court, and since he was never punished for these crimes, he continued doing this for the rest of his career in the DOJ.

Based upon the letter and that fact we all know Weissman's corrupt history, I see no reason why Trump shouldn't pardon him. Do you?

The case against Michael Sessa highlights how pathetic our appeals courts are. When we know from publicly available information that he does not belong in jail, that is well established that any case brought by Weismann should be dismissed outright because he is a lying fraud, there simply is no excuse whatsover for this guy to be in jail. This should have been easy for the appeals court to deal with. If they don't have time to sift through the case, at a minimum the guy should be free while they work it out in the unforgivably sluggish system.
Prosecutors and Judges and LEOs should git triple da time, at least da same time for lyin in court and fabricating evidence as the guilty!
Here's hoping that one day Andrew Weissmann is prosecuted for his crimes and imprisoned for life in a maximum security prison with no possibility of parole.
