Biden Illegally Using Executive Privilege in His Document Scandal to Hide Evidence

Both President Trump and Attorney Jeffrey Clark are correct when they claim that Biden is in the wrong when he claims Executive Privilege in his illegal document scandal.

President Trump shared the following:

Attorney Jeffrey Clark points out that Biden is withholding sharing with Congress the tape of his so-called interview with Special Counsel Hur.  Biden’s team has given Congress the transcript but won’t provide the tape.  Clearly they are hiding something.

In addition, since Hur was a Special Counsel the tape is not property of the Executive Branch and therefore not protected by the Executive Order.  Instead, the tape is independent of the Executive Branch.
