Hunter’s attorneys lie to court and try to have documents from House GOP removed from the case. Fortunately, they got caught.
The Marco Polo group listed multiple crimes committed by Hunter and the Biden family found on Hunter’s laptop.
I hope Judge Noreika reads and seriously considers Marco Polo’s letter calling on her to reject the sweetheart plea agreement for Hunter Biden. https://t.co/vzxYDkmLyn pic.twitter.com/dLxTZxyZo8

Despite this, the corrupt Biden DOJ was ignoring Hunter’s many crimes. Sol Wisenberg shared on Twitter the sweetheart deal Hunter was being offered today by the Biden corrupt DOJ:
Again from NYT’s Glenn Thrush reporting from the courtroom: “From the start, the judge seemed highly skeptical of the unusual deal — which offered Hunter Biden broad immunity from prosecution in perpetuity, questioning why it had been filed under a provision that gave her no…

Hunter was to be protected into perpetuity for all crimes. This was the immunity deal for the ages.
Yesterday, the US House and the Head of the GOP in Delaware filed amicus briefs in the case where they provided lists of the many crimes that Hunter Biden was behind based on evidence gained to date.
In response, a member of Hunter’s legal team contacted the court and claimed to be a member of the GOP and asked that certain documents be removed from the amicus brief provided by the House GOP. She lied and she got caught.
An attorney for Hunter Biden – Jessica Bengels with Latham Watkins – lied about who she worked for (alleging she was with Amicus) to get documents taken off the docket.

On top of all of that, the plea deal has not yet been made public.
The Hunter Biden plea deal was announced on June 20. It is now July 26 and we have yet to see the actual written plea agreement. This is an outrage in a case of this public magnitude. The plea agreement should have been filed as part of the court record back in June. I can think…

These details, buried deep in multi page documents which ‘ramble on’ are indeed an issue. Much like “You have to pass it in order to know what is in it.” It is clear very few take the time to actually read any of these things in their entirety. Many of of the congress persons even state it out right.
We need “one bill is one item” legislation.
