Attorney John Sauer is a top attorney in the US. He was one of the top students at Harvard Law School. He was Missouri’s Solicitor General. He was a lead attorney on the Missouri – Louisiana case against the US government. He’s a former Rhodes scholar.
Today Sauer argued in front of the US Supreme Court on Presidential immunity. President Trump was indicted and is being tried in cases across this country for actions he took while President. Jack Smith, in the corrupt Biden regime, is after President Trump and his cases are unconstitutional.
This case is important now and into the future.
Sauer rightly argues that a President cannot be indicted for actions he takes as President that are his official acts. He gave examples of Bush and weapons of mass destruction, Obama dropping bombs on Americans overseas, and Biden opening up the border illegally.
Presidents cannot be indicted for any of these actions because they have Presidential immunity.
Jack Smith and the Biden/Obama regime should hope that this is the case.

If the Supreme Court takes away Presidential immunity, begin with obama charge them all for actions they took while in the Oval.
Who, exactly, is going to charge them…?
Trump is facing his most dangerous threat now and partial immunity will not help in this case no matter what the SCTUS decides. Other pending cases certainly will be affected and the decision can make a substantial difference. Its too early to assess the court proceedings and the case could well result in prison time if a guilty verdict is brought in. I suspect Trump’s only hope is a hung jury. Hard to imagine but secret service is looking at potential methods to protect Trump in a prison environment. Its 1930 in Berlin all over again……they completely weaponized the justice system and there is nowhere to turn. Three years later Hitler is Chancellor and they just ship you off to the camps…..no need for a show trial.
