Attorney Jeff Clark shared yesterday on the War Room why President Trump cannot be barred from running for the 2024 Election based on the 14th Amendment.
Attorney Jeff Clark says that there is no way President Trump can be removed from the 2024 election due to sedition using the 14th Amendment.
This is due to the fact that President Trump has already been tried in the US Senate to remove President Trump from running again based on the 14th Amendment. This was the focus of the 2nd BS impeachment trial by the uniparty monsters.
President Trump was already tried on this issue. President Trump, of course, committed no sedition.
This trial in the Senate is enough. President Trump was found not guilty. There were not enough votes to convict President Trump.
