ATTENTION KASH: DOJ for 8 Years Covering Up Criminal Activity Related to Seth Rich Murder

Kash Patel please address the DOJ’s continuous refusal to provide documents behind Seth Rich’s death.

For eight years, attorney Ty Clevenger has doggedly gone after the US government to release documents related to the murder of Seth Rich.  For eight years, the government has refused to provide documents and has lied and redacted documents to apparently hide their crimes. 

Kash Patel must look into this!

Since 2016, those interested in Seth Rich’s murder have wanted to get the information and evidence that the government is holding and hiding related to his murder.  The corrupt FBI and DOJ won’t provide evidence surrounding the case.  These government bodies lie and do everything they can to bury it forever. 

Attorney Ty Clevenger has worked to obtain the evidence behind Seth Rich’s murder for years.  Rich was murdered in 2016 at the time he worked at the DNC.  Many suspect that Rich is who provided DNC emails to WikiLeaks but this is being covered up.  It’s believed that the corrupt FBI wanted to blame the production of these damning emails on Russia which we all now know is a lie.

On Monday, the DOJ attempted again to cover-up what it knows about Seth Rich’s murder.  James Gillingham, Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Texas is behind the latest response to Clevenger. Gillingham shared:

Attached please find Vaughn indexes addressing the information possessed on the compact disc containing images of Seth Rich’s personal laptop, Seth Rich’s work laptop, the DVD, and tape drive that are responsive to Plaintiff’s FOIA request. These documents are being produced pursuant to the Court’s August 16, 2024 Order, ECF No. 178.

The DOJ has been balking and delaying and lying about what they have and what they on this case for nearly a decade. 

Yaacov Applebaum performed a cursory analysis of the Vaughn Index from the document and provided a list of anomalous entries that might indicate incriminating information:

1. Record #163 – Chart of Calls Made and Shifts Scheduled

• • Indicates communication patterns relevant to an investigation.
  • Redacted under Exemption 7(A) (interference with law enforcement), suggesting evidence of coordination or activity the FBI does not want exposed.

2. Record #165 & #166 – List of Events by Date and Time

1. • Specific events redacted could suggest organized activities or misconduct.

3. Record #168 & #169 – Roster of Names and Phone Numbers

1. • May contain associates, informants, or persons of interest that the FBI is protecting.

4. Record #180 – List of Category Numbers Associated with Series Numbers

1. • Could reference coded case files or classified evidence tracking.

5. Record #190 – List of Potential Employers with Status of Employment Efforts

1. • Suggests employment tracking, possibly related to surveillance.

6. Record #193 & #198 – Roster of Names and Phone Numbers

1. • Indicates repeated efforts to hide individuals connected to a case.

Patterns of Suspicion

1. The frequently redacted lists of names and phone numbers, indicating efforts to conceal networks of individuals.
2. Withholding call logs and event schedules suggests efforts to obscure key communication patterns.
3. The inclusion of tax documents, voter registration applications, and political documents implies a financial and political dimension to this case.
4. Financial transactions (PayPal, tax records) being withheld suggests monitoring or illicit activity.
5. Unusual entries like a birthday menu and job postings being redacted raise concerns about hidden affiliations or coded communications.
6. Files only viewable in Notepad but distorted, suggesting intentional data obfuscation.
7. Redacted names, timestamps, and third-party information, possibly hiding key witnesses, suspects, or collaborators.
8. Unreadable BLF and REGTRANS-MS files, possibly indicating data manipulation or concealment.
9. Shortcut and timestamp files with no clear description, suggesting efforts to erase a clear timeline of events.

Additional observations of the documents received are that the DOJ only shows an index of a few emails from November and December of 2012.  It appears clear that the DOJ doesn’t want to show any connection between Seth Rich and Wikileaks.
