AG Bondi and FBI Head Patel Failed to Clean House – The Result Is No Deep State Arrests or Prosecutions

Again, we have another example of AG Pam Bondi and FBI Head Kash Patel’s fatal mistake of not cleaning house the first day on the job. 

Last night, we learned that the FBI had illegally spied on Kash and Suzie Wiles in 2023.

But this is nothing new. The corrupt Deep State DOJ and FBI have been doing this for years.

Patel has reportedly fired a dozen FBI employees as a result of the news:

FBI Director Kash Patel has purged his department of agents linked to the Biden administration’s efforts to jail the Democrat former president’s electoral foe, Donald Trump.

Patel forced out field office leaders and other senior agents connected to the two criminal investigations of Trump, including the special agent in charge in Atlanta, the acting assistant director in charge of the New York field office, and the former special agent in charge in New Orleans who had recently moved on to another job, MS Now reported and two senior administration officials confirmed to Breitbart News.

As we reported before, step number one for Pam and Kash was to clean up the Justice Department, yet thousands of bad actors who gladly worked on Deep State cases are still around, and no one has been prosecuted!

Deep State actors who supported Jack Smith in his targeted spying against conservative politicians and leaders, and others involved in the seditious Russia collusion coup, 2020 Election steal, and solitary imprisonment and attacks against innocent Jan 6 protesters are still part of the DOJ and FBI.

Here is what we shared about five current FBI leaders still working at the FBI, as reported by the Oversight Project.

We learned that one of the five dirty cops at the FBI involved in Arctic Frost was removed.

Far-left reporter Ken Dilanian at MSNBC reported on the firing of the FBI Head in San Antonio.

New: Two people familiar with the matter tell @CarolLeonnig and me that FBI Director Kash Patel is forcing out the special agent in charge in San Antonio, whose name appeared in documents recently released by Senate Republicans detailing the “Arctic Frost” investigation into Donald Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election. Aaron Tapp had been named to the post last year. He is a 22 year FBI veteran who specialized in fraud, financial crimes and cyber, according to his LinkedIn profile.

(Note that Dilanian is the Deep State reporter who is first on all stories like this, so be aware of his motives in reporting.)

One down, thousands to go. 

We will never gain justice as long as bad actors are running the FBI under Kash Patel.  These individuals should have been removed months ago.

We also know that Jocelyn Ballantine is still at the DOJ. 

Ballantine appears embedded in her position, and yet she was involved in the DOJ’s persecution of General Flynn, the efforts behind the treasonous Russia Collusion scam, and the Jan 6 scam and incarceration of the leaders of the Proud Boys.

Ballantine is also currently involved in Jim Comey’s case and his “friend” leaker Daniel Richman.

Liz Harrington asks about Jocelyn Ballantine and others, “How are they still working there?” “They claim they are making reforms, I don’t see it.”

We also know that the DOJ is full of former AG Garland supporters. All of these individuals should have been removed from the DOJ on day one.  Garland’s DOJ was criminal, attacking parents, Catholics, Jan 6ers, and those who stood up against the stolen 2020 election.

This is likely the case nationwide.  Also, if there are this many bad actors at top positions in the FBI and DOJ, how many bad actors are in the DOJ and FBI ranks overall?

Tom Fitton notes that only 138 employees at the FBI have been fired but as Liz Harrington notes, over 5,000 worked on the sham and criminal Jan 6 corrupt cases.

    • I've been saying this for 10 months. #1 task of Pam and Kash was to purge 50%. Got to remove the embedded deep state resistance. Trump should know this. It will reflect on his legacy. He will end up in prison if we lose 2028.

      • Pretty sure Trump will be in prison before 2028. If the dems win midterms (almost a guarantee without legit voting) Trump will be impeached and prosecuted as quickly as possible.     Use that to build the case against them.

    One challenge is they didn’t technically break laws in the J6 investigation as Congress gave them a mandate to investigate this. (It isn’t “I was just doing what I was told” it is “Congress legalized this activity”)

    Then as evidence is found, get them to turn on each other.

Trump should have, early on, challenged the Constitutionality of the Pendelton Act (Civil Service Reform Act of 1883), which prevents firing "non political" Federal employees when a new President is sworn in. This law created the Deep State, and subjugated the American People to its control, all to protect a small number of jobs.

    With that law tossed, a mass firing should then be possible. For example, of every agent with any management authority who willingly participated in persecution of the J6 defendants (scapegoats of the Deep State's provocateured "insurrection").

Gee, you don't think Pam got distracted from 'cleaning the Augean Stables' by RINOs baying like hounds on the chase for the 'Epstein Files' which no had an interest in until Pam fired Comey's daughter. The Deep State got nervous and sacrificed Massie and MTG, who won't be running for reelection, to force Bondi to reassign trusted lawyers off political cases to vette millions of pages of Jeffrey Epstein files. It turns out there was no smoking gun but Pam was distracted enough for stories like this painting Patel and Bondi as failures. All it takes is one 'i' not being dotted or 't' not being crossed and a judge will throw the entire James Comey case out. Just and qualified prosecutors with even nominal experience don't grow on trees. The latest from the Deep State is DoJ covering up payments to Twitter. Bondi's DoJ has record criminal prosecutions and the political prosecutions depend on IF she has the power to get rid of the saboteurs, leakers, sleepers, and other mischief makers in the political division. Patel has created Elliot Ness-style 'untouchable' squads to investigate the CIA. The DoJ can't be compartmentalized in the same way.
