Rage Pills Abroad Prove Causation at Home with Psychiatric Drugs

On October 7 Hamas attackers entered Israel carrying weapons, ammunition, and, according to Israeli and U.S. officials, Captagon—an amphetamine-type stimulant reportedly found on dead and captured terrorists. Officials said Captagon was used to suppress fear, heighten alertness, and increase willingness to kill.
The world accepts terrorist organizations use of psychoactive drugs because drugs change human behavior for the specific purpose of making a more lethal fighting machine, not unlike Hitler utilizing the methamphetamine-based stimulant Pervitin during the Blitzkrieg . Yet at home, many of the same stimulant and psychoactive drug families are prescribed to American children, while institutions insist no causal connection can be drawn when aggression, suicide, mass violence, or family annihilation follows. It is a double standard.
Captagon and prescription stimulants are not identical. Captagon is illicit, often adulterated, and used in war; prescription stimulants are manufactured under pharmaceutical controls and prescribed as treatment. Both affect brain systems regulating dopamine, norepinephrine, fear, arousal, impulse control, sleep, and reward. A controlled dose does not mean a drug has no behavioral effect. Psychoactive prescriptions exist to change behavior, mood, attention, energy, or perception.
The question is not whether psychoactive drugs can change behavior. Psychoactive drugs are designed to do so. The question is why, when behavioral change becomes violent, self-destructive, or extreme, investigators too often fail to preserve toxicology, medication history, dose changes, withdrawal information, and chain-of-custody evidence necessary to establish the full causal record.
Captagon, the illicit war-zone amphetamine tied to terror financing, generates an estimated $57 billion annually. The legal U.S. psychiatric-drug industry posted nearly $26 billion in domestic sales in a recent year, while more than 79 million Americans take psychotropic medications. U.S. mental-health and substance-use treatment spending reached nearly $140 billion by 2021. The global ADHD-medication market, including child-prescribed Vyvanse, is estimated at almost $29 billion annually. Multibillion-dollar systems are built around substances intended to alter brain function and behavior.
Captagon trafficking is war financing. In May 2026, India’s Narcotics Control Bureau conducted Operation RAGEPILL and seized almost 230 kilograms of Captagon with an estimated value at roughly $22 million. The shipment, concealed in a commercial chapati-cutting machine and Syrian wool bales, was headed toward Gulf markets. India’s home minister called Captagon the “so-called Jihadi Drug.” The country’s first known Captagon bust revealed the drug network extending beyond traditional Middle Eastern and European routes.
The connection between Captagon and terrorists is not new. U.S. Army War College Professor Paul Rexton Kan wrote that drug consumption can help terrorist groups “enhance their fearsome reputations as they commit atrocities,” supporting ideology, instilling fear, and attracting recruits. Research on drug-intoxicated irregular fighters treats the issue as a military and intelligence concern, not rumor or fringe speculation.
Captagon and other combat drugs have been connected in reporting to ISIS in Iraq and Syria; Hamas in Gaza; the Assad regime and Hezbollah in Syria and Lebanon; Taliban heroin and opium trafficking in Afghanistan; and the Mumbai 2008 attackers, where reporting described cocaine and LSD traces as part of evidence surrounding the 50-hour siege.
Captagon is fenethylline, an amphetamine compound originally developed to treat ADHD, depression, and narcolepsy before restriction and underground production. Captagon acts on dopamine and norepinephrine systems associated with alertness, reward, appetite, arousal, impulse control, and sleep. Lisdexamfetamine, sold as Vyvanse or Elvanse, is a prescribed dextroamphetamine prodrug approved for children as young as six with ADHD. The substances are not identical, and illicit Captagon has uncontrolled composition, purity, and dosing. Captagon and lisdexamfetamine belong to the same broad stimulant family and act on overlapping brain systems.
Terror groups distribute Captagon because the drug may suppress fatigue and fear, raise arousal, and help fighters act in ways otherwise difficult. Medicine prescribe stimulant drugs because the stimulants reportedly change attention, energy, behavior, and performance. Different settings do not make brain chemistry relevant in one setting and irrelevant in another.
Evidence needed to trace an individual causal chain is frequently missing. No complete, itemized public forensic package has been released for October 7 terrorists, as a group: no consolidated toxicology, full chain of custody, or broad independent laboratory analysis. The reported autopsy of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar found caffeine but no drugs. The result does not settle what other attackers used. Every case requires actual toxicology rather than generalized claims.
The same failure appears after American mass shootings, assassination attempts, murder-suicides, and familial murder/suicides. Thomas Matthew Crooks’ autopsy, following the Butler assassination attempt, was not publicly obtained without legal action, and reporting described incomplete toxicology fields and medical records. Records from other major shootings have been delayed, sealed, limited, or unavailable. A 2018 review of cases associated by the authors with psychiatric-drug use or withdrawal argued psychotropic toxicology testing is rarely conducted or publicly reported in violent-crime investigations.
Familial murder/suicides receive even less consistent scrutiny. Columbia researchers documented 5,743 murder-suicide deaths across 30 states from 2016 through 2022. Separate reporting has identified at least 227 familial murder/suicide cases since 2020, while emphasizing incomplete data makes the real number impossible to know. The United States has no comprehensive public system connecting verified medication history, toxicology results, dose changes, adverse-event records, withdrawal status, and circumstances of these deaths.
Psychoactive drugs affect human behavior. Captagon is trafficked to terrorists and psychiatric drugs are prescribed to patients for the same reason. Unanswered questions concern frequency of severe effects, vulnerable populations, drug combinations or withdrawal periods creating the greatest risk, and institutional failure to routinely investigate such questions after violence.
Causation means a pill can be the cause of an atrocity, shooting, assassination attempt, or familial murder/suicide. Violence has multiple causes, but chemical inducing violence can be a driving force or substantial contributing cause. A drug can lower fear, disrupt sleep, trigger agitation, increase impulsivity, produce withdrawal, reduce inhibition, or help transform an existing impulse into action.
The public should demand one investigative standard. Every mass-casualty attack, assassination attempt, murder-suicide, and suspected drug-facilitated atrocity should trigger itemized evidence collection, preserved chain of custody, broad accredited-laboratory toxicology, verified prescription and pharmacy records, documented dose and withdrawal history, adverse-event reporting, and privacy-protective public reporting of aggregate findings. HIPAA privacy concerns should not obstruct access to mental-health records when mental-health records are necessary to determine causation in a mass-violence event or murder.
If a psychoactive drug can be treated as a weapon abroad because psychoactive drugs change human behavior for a terrorist to fight more aggressively, a prescription label cannot make psychoactive drugs behaviorally irrelevant at home.

Both my parents died early from what I suspected is an un-diagnosed hereditary immune system disease. When I started showing the same symptoms, I asked my PCP M.D. to test me for it. He absolutely refused to, claiming it was so rare I couldn't possibly have it, but he did have a plethora of pills to treat my symptoms. I began treating myself naturopathically for it, and all the symptoms disappeared in a few weeks, without taking his damn pills.
If you don't take responsibility for your own health, Doctors are only too happy to medicate you to death, like they did to my parents. Treating their symptoms, but never the disease that killed them.

I used to be a drug addict. I got hep c from it. They treated me with their poisons and it went away until I stopped then it came right back. Their solution was do the same treatment again. I said BS and thats when I found alternative medicine. Its been 40 years and my liver enzymes are fine. I'm 64 and take ZERO drugs. I do, however take probably 50 or so supplement pills a day

One good source for information regarding Naturopathic health is to do a search for Orthomolecular Medicine, based on the science of Linus Pauling. I’ve been doing alternative for about 40 years. I have seen it cure people, myself included. The problem is people want IMMEDIATE results when alternative tharapies can take up to a year or so. So they run out and get drugs, then the side effects get them on more drugs etc etc
Thats what I've done for years. Most doctor ordered labs they don't even tell you the results. No waiting either just go in and they have it drawn in a couple of minutes. Also with a DR you have to go back and pay another office visit to get the results
