ABLECHILD: How Governor Cox and Sheriff Smith Misled the World on the Tyler Robinson Confession

How Governor Cox and Sheriff Smith Misled the World on the Tyler Robinson Confession

Republished with permission from AbleChild.

Tucked away in a January 2026 filing by Tyler Robinson’s defense team regarding a motion to Exclude Still Photographers, TV Cameras and Microphones from the Courtroom is information that raises serious questions about whether the investigators in the case were honest and accurate when speaking about Robinson’s alleged confession.

AbleChild has well-documented serious problems with the State of Utah’s “evidence” least of which is regarding Robinson’s alleged “text message” to fury lover, Lance Twiggs, directly after the shooting on September 10, 2026. In a nutshell, in order for the alleged “text message” to be accurate, Robinson would have to be clairvoyant because he is referencing events that did not occur until the following day. It’s embarrassing and insulting and one must wonder why those brilliant investigators haven’t seized on the impossibility of Robinson being responsible for the alleged “text message.”

Beyond the insulting made-up “text message” there has been great discussion about when and how Robinson (with his parents and family friend) reportedly turned himself into Sheriff Nate Brooksby of Washington County, Utah, and what was said by the alleged shooter and what was said by law enforcement in the way of a “confession.”

For example, the first official to announce that Tyler Robinson had made a statement about his guilt in the shooting of Charlie Kirk, was Utah Governor Spencer Cox. Cox announced to the world on the morning of September 12, 2025 (two days after the assassination) “We got him.” To back up this pronouncement, Cox further explained: “A family member of Tyler Robinson reached out to a family friend who contacted the Washington County Sheriff’s office with information that Robinson had confessed to them or implied that he had committed the incident.”

This is where it gets interesting because AbleChild is unable to locate any document signed by either Tyler’s mother, father or family friend that substantiates this reported “confession.” Hell, AbleChild can’t even find the name of the “friend” who help Tyler turn himself into the Washington County Sheriff.

Washington County Sheriff Brooksby reportedly received the information from the parents and a family friend and passed that information on to Utah County Sheriff Mike Smith and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Unfortunately, Sheriff Brooksby cannot provide any video that shows Tyler Robinson, his mother, father, and family friend entering the Sheriff’s office on September 11, 2025.

Nevertheless, the mom-dad-and-friend-turn-in-Tyler-confession scenario has been accepted as gospel and used in the charging document by Utah County Attorney Jeffrey Gray. Of Course, it’s possible that mom, dad, and the family friend did provide a signed statement about Tyler’s alleged confession, but the public has not been made privy to it.

Now, moving on to Utah County Sheriff Mike Smith, who is the lead investigator in the case and the law enforcement officer standing beside Governor Cox when Cox explained how they “got him,” Smith appears to play fast and loose with information about Robinson’s participation in the investigation.

During an interview on September 16, 2025, with Eric Bolling of Real America’s Voice, when asked “is he not cooperating now?” Smith reports “he’s exercising his Constitutional rights. They’re in the process of getting a defense attorney assigned to him.”  This is misleading at best.

Sheriff Smith was, or should have been, fully aware that Tyler Robinson invoked his Constitutional right to a lawyer before talking to anyone. Smith should have advised Bolling and the public during this interview that Tyler Robinson was waiting for legal representation before discussing anything, which is his and every American’s right. It also is something that Charlie Kirk would have understood and supported.

In fact, in the Motion to Exclude mentioned at the beginning of the article, Robinson’s request for an attorney was recorded and reads as follows: “But, uh, until I have the opportunity to speak with someone, I would like to remain silent.”  Sheriff Smith was aware of this, as was Governor Cox, the FBI, and all law enforcement associated with the case, but rather than explain this, Smith’s answer is less than accurate and appears as though Robinson isn’t cooperating.

Sheriff Smith also wrongly explained during the Real America’s Voice interview that Robinson was being arraigned within hours. Nope. Smith should have known that Robinson would not be formally arraigned until there was a preliminary evidentiary hearing and that wasn’t scheduled at that time. In fact, the preliminary evidentiary hearing has been scheduled for July 6-10, 2026. Robinson’s appearance on the 16th of September 2025 was what is referred to as a “felony first appearance,” where the charges are read to the defendant.

At the end of the day, Robinson’s silence isn’t a sign of his unwillingness to cooperate. It is his right to remain silent and Sheriff Smith, along with Governor Cox, has done a disservice to Robinson by failing to make the defendant’s rights clear to the public.

The question, of course, is why law enforcement and elected officials failed to provide accurate information and explanations about what has transpired in this case. It seems slimy and many people might think that there’s a deliberate cover‑up of internal actions taken during the investigation, and damage control was driving their decisions.

  1. Wow, I would have expected to see much stronger data to support your claim but it looks like you ripped this screed from a Bluesky post.

  2. Honestly guys…I'm one of the people that hasn't believed Tyler did this. With all the information I've reviewed, this kid is a patsy.

      • I did watch the videos. That's why I don't believe he did it. And frankly, the AI video that was shown to us, with Charlie's ring moving onto different fingers is really baffling. Have you seen that one? Why show us an AI video?

        • OMG there's even a video of him up on the roof from the observation deck above where Kirk was speaking. Robinson was/is sick in the head and a trained marksman. The only thing wrong was the security……total fail.

          • Yep. I know he was supposedly there. You might want to do some research.

Have you looked into anything on the supposed rifle he used? It's been awhile, but there's some gaps in the theory of the gun they found in the woods. Have you ever done any research on what a 30-06 bullet would do to someone it strikes? At a minimum, it wouldn't stay in Charlie's neck.

          • Reasonable conclusion from the totality of the evidence.

Including that there is no evidence of anyone else with a rifle on the scene.

          • I believe that the FBI only identified the bullet fragment as a 30 caliber, not specifically a 30.06.

          • A 30-06 will go through deer meat and bones and still leaves a small exit wound at 200 yards.
No way a 30-06 bullet would remain in the neck of Charlie!
This is another deep state setup!

          • Don't you conspiracy idiots EVER figure out that the characteristics of cartridges, INCLUDING THE 30'06 CAN BE EASILY CHANGED BY A HANDLOADER???? Robinson's grandfather is an experienced handloader, and likely would have taught his grandson the art of handloading, as well as trained him to be an experienced shooter!!! No conspiracy, and NO HUGE STRETCH OF FACTS, as you idiots seem obsessed with doing!!!!! GET OVER YOURSELVES!!!

      • Agreed. Do some research Jeff.

I mean, it's no big deal to me whether you believe it or you don't. If the kid did it, I think it's great that he'd pay for his crime. The issue is, why do you honestly think he did it? Just keep an open mind on it because a lot doesn't add up. If a crime was committed, isn't it better to charge those responsible for the crime, rather than just pin it on a patsy? I guess you are just happy that Lee Harvey Oswald being arrested closed the case for you of JFK? That's all you care about is a closed case?

        • There is no other viable suspect.

Just a lot of theories about other possibilities that might explain it.
But again, no evidence to explain any of those possibilities.

          • Because they don't want to uncover any other suspects.

The videos we saw were crafted by AI. Charlie's wedding ring shouldn't be flipping from finger to finger unless AI created it.

    • If he is a patsy, HE certainly put himself in that situation.
That means he did have something to do with it.

    • If he was a patsy, he would know he was a patsy. He, his parents, his fuzzy lover and friends, and his attorney would've been screaming this from the roof tops from the very beginning. They would still be saying it, even with a gag order. After all, if it were you, and you were facing the death penalty for something you didn't do, wouldn't you be screaming, "I'm a patsy"?

  3. The Globalist, Techie Fascists infiltrated Utah…..just like they did Colorado…..and the Mormon Church supported it because they're Imperialist Fascists also!

  4. UTAH WHERE THE NSA MEGA MASSIVE META DATA CENTER COLLECTION BEAST LIVES

EVIL LURKS THROUGH OUT THIS STATE, GREAT NATIONAL AND STATE PARKS

HUGE UNDERGROUD MILITARY BASES AND LOTS OF INTERESTING CRAP HAPPENS INSIDE THIS STATE … WE'RE FINDING OUT …

WHADDAYA WANNA BET THERE SOME UAP SECRETS BURRIED UNDERNEATH HOW MANY AREAS ARE THERE IF NEVADA HAS ONE NUMBERED 51 ???

I MEAN IF I NUMBER SOMETHING 51 THERE'S A CHANCE THERE WAS 50 BEFORE THAT ONE … just sayin …

    • It shouldn't be ruled out. Nor should the hologram projector that was in the tent. What if anything was real?

The thing is, we'll probably never know. Because the intent of the state is to pin this on this kid Tyler.

      • Was JFK's coroner telling the truth about the magic bullet?

Can a coroner not be bought off or threatened?

        • Sure; it's possible.

And it would be the defense's duty to demonstrate that with some evidence, rather than merely suggest that the coroner is guilty of a crime.

  5. We have seen everything EXCEPT the actual shot. Don't for a second believe this dolt did it. And no way did a 22 year old send texts like that. Perfect ounctuation & words completely written out. Did NOT happen.

    • It should be very easy for the defense to demonstrate that it's not Tyler's writing style, that someone hacked his phone (or perhaps he lost it and then retrieved it?).

Maybe Robinson's roommate will testify that the texts aren't his writing style.

Or perhaps not; perhaps the evidence will show that it's characteristic of Robinson's writing.

    • To me, that looked more like some kind of concussion to the chest area. Not from a projectile, but more of a directed energy weapon or possible a concussion vest of some type.

        • Would there be? Depends on who is doing the autopsy. I certainly do not know exactly what happened, but there is a history of misdirection and outright lies coming from authorities that make me suspect anything and everything.

  6. This is what they learned on 911. If we could pull this off, we can do anything. 911, false flag, inside job, and there is still no accountability, or serious questions about the hiding and destruction of evidence. Springboard event into the middle east. New world order, out of order.

    • It's amazing how many people just want to believe this kid is responsible for this.

After all the lies we're fed about everything.

The story they are feeding us, just don't add up.

      • There may be a greater conspiracy beyond him and he may just be a patsy, but he is still guilty of being a willing and murderous participant in an assassination operation, regardless.

  7. Any half wit with an hour of ballistics study will conclude that there's nothing truthful in the official story.

  8. We have been screaming from the rooftops about these types of nonsense being put out by the local, state, and federal governments. We have a name for it: Fed Slop Narrative. Finally TGP is reporting on the anomalies. TR did NOT ki ll CK. He's a PATSY.

  9. The same ability to process information that led me to know that the 2020 election was stolen has led me to be sure that Charlie Kirk was not shot with a 30-06 rifle, and that we are being lied to. That does not mean I'm anti-Semitic, nor does it mean I support transgenderism. When I see MAGA people being as ignorant as leftists it makes me shake my head in wonder. I'm not all in. But thank you GP for daring to break the narrative and presenting some objective facts.

    • What objective facts does the article disclose?

That he cannot identify the alleged family friend who assisted in Robinson turning himself in? So what? The identity of the friend has no bearing on guilt or innocence.

The writer also makes the claim that the sheriff was misleading when he said that Robinson was exercising his Constitutional rights. How is that misleading? And how does it impact guilt or innocence?

  10. Utah has a very corrupt Government (but who doesn't), and Charlie did not like the Gov. at all for good reasons. Some say it was all connected to the same "group of people" (Deep State) behind the attempt on Trump in Butler, etc. etc. etc.. Common sense not to trust what the "authorities" say about who is guilty & such, as usual.

    • It might be common sense "not to trust what the authorities say."

But it's not common sense to categorically dismiss everything they say simply because it came from the authorities.

    • Listen, it took Cox a lot of time and good Colorado smoke to make this all up. Do not let facts get in the way of such good fiction. Just remember 9mm fragments are very similar to .30 in. fragments. To me it is hard to tell that Kirk was not shot in the back of the neck by someone security had in place. Rumor!!!

  11. wierd on how Tyler Robinson's Name was searched in DC and Tel Aviv a week before Charlie's assassination according to Google Trends. So was The jewish Doctor that was in the Emergency Room who worked on Charlie.

    • Unlikely.

The FBI says it's a 30 caliber fragment that cannot be excluded as coming from Robinson's rifle.

So the jury looks at that in conjunction with other evidence.

      • I still do not see how the ballistics can tell of the fragment came fro a .30 cal or a .357 cal (9mm). Not reliably. The difference in half of the diameter is small. Could be accurately measured but knowing if the source was .30 or .357 will be an educated GUESS at best. And that is what the ballistics report (what was there of it) stated.

    • I guess if you think that the sheriff saying "he's exercising his Constitutional rights" somehow indicates that Robinson is innocent and the sheriff is acting suspiciously, OK. That might be refreshing.

  12. I appreciate the attempt to exonerate Tyler Robinson, THE PATSY. Video evidence of the real shooter may still be available, IDK.

  13. According to an executive inside TPUSA, the consensus is Tyler Robinson did not act alone and possibly did not even pull the trigger.

  14. "It’s possible that mom, dad, and the family friend did provide a signed statement about Tyler’s alleged confession, but the public has not been made privy to it."

    I stopped reading here!

      • at least 6 cell phones in the crowed were from israel
George Zinn (sayanim) distracted by saying he did it
Bibi came out saying the next Day "Israel was not involved"
Israel benefitted the most of CK's Death
The whole TPUSA has been taken over by Zionists Now
This is just off the top of my head. There is plenty of more

  15. There are alot of open and unanswered question raised by this story.
I hope it is not one of getting the arrest and then not being able to make the case because of of following the rules

  16. Just to be clear…this 4.0 gpa kid supposedly handwrites a confession to his partner prior to event, then he texts partner a detailed confession after event, confesses to his parents and retired sheriff neighbor, then he confesses on discord somehow while he is in police custody after turning himself in… BUT he refuses to talk to cops without an attorney and pleads NOT GUILTY in court! Sounds like they over sold trying to set him up and didnt expect him to turn himself in. The prosecutions case has nothing solid. Anyone that doesn't see that is obviously someone who wore a mask for 2 years and has 5 boosters clotting in their bodies.

    • you have to keep up. No handwritten not, text without a time stamp. The utah PD erased the video of TR turning himself in. Tons more

    • Since all the evidence has not been presented and won't be until the trail, you might want to rethink whether the prosecution has a solid case or not.

      • They tell you what they are presenting at the preliminary and "in my opinion" nothing is solid. Many questionable things. Such as video testimony from lance twigs recorded in april. Defense wont even get to ask him any questions.

        • The preliminary hearings are not trials, they're hearings. The defense can ask all their questions to everyone once the trial begins. All the evidence, even what you claim isn't solid, will then be presented. The prosecution and defense share evidence before the trial. Prosecutors must disclose all evidence they intend to use, along with exculpatory evidence. The defense typically must provide witness lists, alibi notices, and evidence for specific defenses but are not required to disclose their entire case strategy or theory.

  17. Okay, then how did he wind up in custody. Why did he wait for investigators even though he had not been arrested, charged with anything. He remained in this holding pattern under the supervision of local deputies, who did not interview him, until federal and state investigators arrived approximately four hours later to take official custody and transport him to Utah County Jail.

    • Yes, yes we are. The "truth" is whatever yarn they spin and we should all sit down and shut up about it. Shame doesn't enter the equation. Neither does truth.

  18. Erika Kirk reminds me of Robbie Parker
You know that Guy Laughing at the Podium a few hours after his 6 year old Son was Blown away at the sandy Hook Shooting

  19. How has Utah fallen so far, it has become leftist haven for retard its leaders!! The Mormon church has let fears of reprisals from staying conservative and sticking to its values and letting leftism run rampant in that once great state. Your governor is s RINO, Kirk wanted that guy gone! He supports screw ball trans agenda!

  20. Baron Coleman played last Night a Girl being interviewed 3 different times by 3 Different News stations the Day of CK assassination
First interview. "I saw Charlie get shot in the chest, Blood was coming from a hole in his chest"
Second – I saw CK get shot in the Neck,"
Third. " I saw the shooter shoot Charlie from 200 yards away on the Roof"
    Crisis Actors

  21. it is clear by the comments that you are not listening! What the reporter is saying is that Law enforcement & the media ARE LYING TO US! Tyler DID NOT CONFESS, in fact he said NOTHING to them! Did the mother turn him in? NO! Does she want him to get the Death penalty? NO! Was the mother in contact with her son or his "transitioning boyfriend"?….

    • Of course he didn't officially confess. There would be no trial if he confessed. He would be giving up his rights to a trail. No appeal process. Immediate incarceration and probably the death penalty.

  22. Tyler Robinson grabbed his grandfathers 30/06 and shot Charlie Kirk from a roof top. FACTS.

  23. FTA: "Hell, AbleChild can’t even find the name of the 'friend' who help Tyler turn himself into the Washington County Sheriff."

The name of the 'friend' is supposedly Mike Mitchell, a local retired detective.

  24. His defense is trying to keep him from getting the death penalty, not an acquittal. Just as any defense team would that knows the prosecution has overwhelming evidence against their client.

  25. Ck…"i am left no choice but to leave the pro-israel cause"….

ck to bibi…no i don't want your hundreds of millions and no I dont accept your invitation to Israel.

israel and their "7 front wars", maybe they should stop starting so much shit and trying to fulfill their desire for the "Greater Israel" project.

they create their own hate and they cause their own strife. They project victimhood while being bullies.

most likely motive points to Israel taking out ck.

much more believable than some kid offended by CK talk about trans.

zionists have infiltrated and subverted this country for far too long. They are now about to gain full access to our military by congress passing legeslation partnering with them.

  26. Has any data been presented to disavow Robinson's DNA on the trigger of the rifle used to kill Kirk or the bullet extracted from Kirk?

  27. Utah is an odd State, everyone thinks it's run by Conservative Mormons, but that is far from the truth, the City and County of Salt Lake City has been controlled by leftist Democrats for decades now, a few Mayors ago was a black, married lesbian. Governor Cox claims to be a Republican, but he is more of a Mitt Romney type. 'Republican' Senator John Curtis used to be leader of the Utah Democrat party…..
The Salt Lake tribune is left of the NYTs and may be the worst in the country.
Where are these so called conservative Mormons who 'run' the State?

  28. Does this guy really expect us to think Robinson didn’t do it? Why did he steal his grandfathers rifle, hide it on his way out of town after the murder and then lament not being able to get back for it before the police found it? Robinson is guilty even if this guy wants to nit pick a few pieces of evidence. The legal system may owe this guy the presumption of innocence, but the public has no such duty.

  29. Oh boy. How many of you ra ra ra Maga bozos and Israeli agents who claimed Robinson did it owe the rest of us an apology now ?

    • An apology for what?

      This author has nothing.

Suggesting that there is something nefarious because he hasn't been able to discern the name of the family friend that allegedly assisted with convincing Robinson to turn himself in?

How is that possibly relevant? It doesn't suggest guilt or innocence. It's an after-the-fact occurrence.

Same with trying to make something out of the sheriff saying that Robinson was exercising his Constitutional rights, without adding "that's his right." What a load of nothing. Everyone knows that we have a right to exercise our Constitutional rights. duh.

      • Aah huh. Even the Jewish run web site is now questioning the ‘evidence’ yet you clowns persist with your BS that the impossible 30 06 actually happened.

        Robinson was a patsy.

  30. The boy did not shoot Charlie, the way it's been covered up it has to be The Government that did the Murder. After all the lies and Coruption from oboner and pedo joey they couldn't have Charlie trying to talk Peace and Love. Without runaway Crime and corruption the leftest have no power to control us. It's taken years for Our Gov to be turned into THE Covert-A-Mint$ and Corrupt-A-Mint$. Just look at how Fast the Cover-A-Mint$ pulled Musk out of USAID when he started finding Fraud every place he looked. We're talking Trillions of dollars supporting terrorist groups all over the world. NGOs handing out money like it was candy. With out Trump we'd be F.

  31. To all the bias comments I read below, Mr. Hoft represents what our system of Justice is based on….Innocent until Proven Guilty. When those High up in the legal system misrepresent and downright lie in order to mislead potential Jurors or the public then it can be assumed Tyler is not going to get a fair trail.

Personally I don't believe he is the one guilty of murdering Charlie. There are too many lies and holes in the case. Some obviously intentional lies like the text. The stupidity of the FBI and how they have "hidden" handled the evidence or ignored much of it, certainly gives me pause. Candace Owens summed it up nicely on her show yesterday.

Whether you like how she presents herself and her feelings about this case , she has intelligently put together a brilliant position on reasonable doubt. All of you that have based your opinions upon hearing the set narrative would do yourselves a favor by seeking out people who are not taking the bait.

    • idk; seems to me that she merely discounts all of the evidence implicating Robinson and offers grand conspiracies, like airplanes in the sky when Erika was flying, and calls that "evidence."

      • No she offers other alternatives which she states are theories because there are too many holes in the case that is presented. I agree. You point to some of her more far reaching theories but she discounts nothing and will tell her audience if it doesn't pan out after further investigation….Her detractors are purposely pushing the ones you mentioned but not the interesting case she is building for a reasonable doubt case…They won't touch those with a ten foot pole. Why because they make sense and they have no rebuttal to them. Don't rely on them but do your own research.

  32. The idea that a so called friend of Robinson's is unknown is not true. Don't remember his name but within a few days of the murder a guy did come forward claiming to be a friend of Robinson's. It seems like he was also shown on one of the cable channels giving his testimony. It's been awhile but I do remember that. This story stinks a bit I'll have to say because of that one fact.

  33. So the guy climbing up stairs and up and down from a roof with no issues such as an obvious limp from a rifle down his pants leg, is being set up?

Next you'll be telling us that, just maybe, he didn't leave Grandpa's prized rifle, wrapped neatly in a towel and set gently in it's case in the middle of the woods.

  34. Further prove that NO ONE should believe ANYTHING a badge wearing COWARD has to say, under ANY circumstances, as they are trained to, and courts have ruled that these LOW IQ OTHERWISE UNEMPLOYABLE, PIECES O'SHIP, ARE allowed to lie while conducting an investigation, which means that ANYTIME one makes contact with a member of the public, that interaction IS the beginning of an investigation. And that willingness to LIE continues in the writing of their reports, as well as while giving sworn testimony during court proceeedings.

    • OK, but what possible difference would it make to know the identity of the family friend who allegedly helped convince Robinson to turn himself in?

That's an after-the-fact occurrence that has absolutely no bearing on guilt or innocence.

      • Probably none, BUT the crux of the story IS this:

"At the end of the day, Robinson’s silence isn’t a sign of his unwillingness to cooperate.

This makes it quite clear as to the complete contempt that law enforcement has for the Constitutional Rights of WE, THE PEOPLE:

" a disservice to Robinson by failing to make the defendant’s rights clear to the public".

        • That's complete nonsense because the actual exchange was this:

"…when asked “is he not cooperating now?” Smith reports “he’s exercising his Constitutional rights. They’re in the process of getting a defense attorney assigned to him.” This is misleading at best."

There is nothing misleading about stating that a defendant is exercising his Constitutional rights. It does not suggest guilt or wrongdoing on the part of the defendant.

It wouldn't have been better or more accurate for the sheriff to say something like "He's not saying anything because that's his Constitutional right."

Simply saying that he is exercising his Constitutional rights is enough, and totally fair to the accused.

          • Then the question that should be asked IS, why did the 'journalist' add this short sentence, AFTER what you quoted?

"During an interview on September 16, 2025, with Eric Bolling of Real America’s Voice, when asked “is he not cooperating now?” Smith reports “he’s exercising his Constitutional rights. They’re in the process of getting a defense attorney assigned to him.” This is misleading at best.

Without the addition of the sentence "This is misleading at best", there would have been NO need for the following paragraph, in which the 'journalist' seems to believe somehow contradicts what was said "during an interview on September 16th, 2025:

Sheriff Smith was, or should have been, fully aware that Tyler Robinson invoked his Constitutional right to a lawyer before talking to anyone. Smith should have advised Bolling and the public during this interview that Tyler Robinson was waiting for legal representation before discussing anything, which is his and every American’s right.

Those who write for The Gateway Pundit are extremely fond of repeating the same information at least TWICE, and sometimes MORE than three times in their writing, which undoubtedly is a sign that these 'reporters/journalists are being paid by the word, are using AI to "enhance and embellish" their writing to insult the intelligence of the reader, AND IS proof of piss-poor editing

  35. Exercising silence and attorney consultation does not a conspiracy make.
If there isn't a signed confession, I expect that his dad and sheriff will be called to take the stand.

  36. Just let it play out in court, until then no one knows all the information. News has become nothing more than speculation.

    • I think it's an argument about what a buffoon Sheriff Smith is, along with Governor Cox trying to ride the notoriety for political gain.
I don't think they were trying to give Tyler Robinson an edge, or a way out of his predicament.
Goofball cops generally do that on their own through their incompetence.

  37. The "friend of the family" who helped get Tyler into custody was his youth pastor and a US Marshal. Shouldn't be too difficult for a journalist to identify him.

    • True.

But ultimately, his identity doesn't matter because it has no bearing on Robinson's guilt.

      • My point was, there is an actual friend of the family who was involved in getting Tyler to turn himself in. They then went to the Washington County sheriff's office and waited about 2 hours in a conference room, before the Utah County Sheriff's deputies arrived to arrest him.

  38. A couple of things to note here
    1. If you think that a 30.06 was the weapon used, then you don't know squat about guns
    2. Why was the crime scene paved over, early on a Sunday morning, right after Sept 10? It's like washing Crook's blood off the roof in Butler, PA

…we aren't being told the truth about what happened to Charlie

    • What additional evidence do you think could have been gleaned from that location that they hadn't already collected?

      • Why was a hologram projector in the tent that Charlie was sitting in?

What were Charlie's staff handing off to each other in the commotion?

What, if anything is even true about the "evidence" we are being shown?

        • No idea about the projector but don't see how that's related to paving over the crime scene.

Same with whatever the staff is handing off to each other. Ask 'em. They will be able to tell you. And again, it's not related to paving over the scene.

        • I'd like to see concrete evidence for a hologram projector. And in absence thereof, it's wild conjecture.

      • Bullet fragments if that was in fact what killed Charlie. If the other theories about an exploding microphone are correct, explosive residue would be in and around the site. To pave it over early on a Sunday morning is sketchy at best

        • They have Charlie's body.

The best evidence of an exploding microphone would be on his body.

How long would it take to scour the scene for evidence? It's not a large area. It wouldn't take days to process.

          • the microphone did not explode = it shot the projectile, air, sonic burst, something but, not a bullet

          • Now before everybody discounts it because I’m going to gently use the c word… Candace has a picture of black fragments in the suv they drove Charlie in to the furthest away hospital. The suv that they immediately sold at auction. That isn’t fishy at all, is it?

          • You think the vehicle couldn't be retrieved after sale for evidence?

I mean, I'm sure Candace turned over her findings to the defense, right?
And there are records of who purchased the vehicle at auction.

So go get it! Find out what those fragments are.

          • She revealed a larger picture of the microphone pieces yesterday. It was definitely a governmental hit.

          • Wait a minute… you lived through 2020. You’re telling me right now that your STILL believe everything we’re told?

          • Of course not.
What an absurd conclusion to draw from my comment that evidence of an exploding microphone would be on his body and found during an autopsy.

    • Bro you can’t mess with these boomers. They’re still Fox News addicts. You can’t change their mind on anything bc they haven’t learned from 2020/jfk/covid and the other 1000s of lies. “but WhAt AbOuT tHe AuToPsY?!”

    • A 30-96 with a 178 soft point at 250 yards can take a man's head off fool. And the damage it did is exactly what it does to a bear or an Elk.

      • A 30'06 HANDLOADED with a100 grain bullet, and a powder load designed for sub-sonic speed, would not be a whole lot more powerful than a .22 long rifle bullet!! Charlie was obviously struck with a very low energy projectile, coming from his right side!!!! Tyler's grandfather is a handloader and could VERY easily have produced such a 30'06 round, as could Tyler himself, as grandpa probably taught him the art of handloading! That's what grandfathers do!!! That would be considered as a "varmint" round, and many handloaders purposely make such ammo for taking fur bearing animals such as coyotes, foxes, or weasels, for instance, and not damaging the fur!!

Subsonic, BTW, would hide the direction the bullet came from, AS MOST FOLKS IN THE CROWD, NEVER HEARD A GUN FIRE THAT DAY!!! THINK ABOUT THAT!!!

THAT'S LOGIC, VERSUS NOT BEING OBSESSED WITH YOUR IDIOTIC CONSPIRACY THEORIES!!

  39. The text messages are what have bugged me about the whole thing. I never expect a straight story from the "authorities" after an event like that. It always serves to make the public suspicious of the official narrative when it changes repeatedly. All I really know is that Robinson is charged, he'll probably be convicted, and the story will be whatever we're told when the court has done its thing.

  40. Smdh. This article is serving it's designed purpose. Disgusting. Nevertheless, have faith that justice is swiftly served.

  41. I’m amazed that there’s anyone left who believes the lie we’ve been sold. The very fact that he was “shot” with a .30-06 is 100% definitive proof that this was a cover up – and a horrible one. If you’ve ever shot a gun or have a kindergarten level of understanding about ballistics – you understand what I’m saying. If not – your input into this case is irrelevant and meaningless until you take 10 seconds to watch what a .30-06 does to a cinder block on YouTube. Use your god given intellect and brain. Then come back.

  42. Another CIA operation gone sideways and never to be exposed. Robinson the patsy will be sacrificed because he provides convenient cover for the actual perps.

  43. prefer to donate to TGP. Some readers don’t seem to realize this inews is free for them to read. If better news is neeed, the news media must hire better and more people with real money. Don’t want to read behind a paywall. So stop minor complaints.

  44. The "official story" hasn't ever made sense. Tyler Robinson appears like a convenient fall guy. I doubt we'll ever know the real truth. It will wind up like the Kennedy assassination with "official" sources and the government inquiries telling us nothing to see here.

    • Nice!!… I grew up in Plainview…Across the street from Don Dean our milkman who was Jimmy Deans brother…

      • Neat! Nice memory!
Ever heard of the award winning historical western author Elmer Kelton? Tommy Lee Jones made a TV movie based on “The Good Old Boys” and Hewey Calloway.
