
The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals rules that President Trump can bring in troops to protect American cities.
This was really a no-brainer. Either we have a county and a constitution or we don’t.
The court stated, “We conclude that it is likely that the President lawfully exercised his statutory authority under [10 U.S. Code] § 12406(3), which authorizes federalization of the National Guard when ’the President is unable with the regular forces to execute the laws of the United States.’”

Appeals Court Rules Trump Can Keep Control of National Guard
The Ninth Circuit Court ruled that the president likely had exercised lawful authority in taking control of the troops in response to riots in Los Angeles.
